Damn. Porte tows Froome for ages and then Froome attacks just before the summit. These guys are friends?0

Froome rapidly turning himself into a demon descender!0

I love this new style of downhill racing that Froome has introduced. That climbers traditionally don’t attack downhill is at odds with the image of racers as daring and competent.0

Jesus, Kwia must have done some crazy descending to get back to help Froome - he was behind Porte over the top.Warning No formatter is installed for the format0

Porte currently left with just two others and looks like Porte's doing all the work; Froome etc group much larger and were previously sharing the load more, although now Sky are being expected to drive it.0

Froome did stop pushing on the final part of the descent, presumably to help Kwiato catch up. But still impressive.
Looks like there will be everything to fight for for many GC guys on this final, brutal climb.0 -

If the timing gaps are right, Porte has now started to lose time quite quickly.0

Gap from leaders to Porte isn't falling as fast though. Kwia has put at least twenty seconds into him, possibly more.0
-
And Porte still getting no help whatsoever - he's going into the final climb having had to do an ITT across the flat.0
