Dream Garage

Cars, bikes, motorbikes. Here's what I'd have in my dream garage.
E Type Jag. The most beautiful car ever made for my money.
Maclaren F1. Tore up the rule book and 20 odd years on can still hold its own against modern supercars.
Honda RC30. Brilliantly engineered, legendary reliability, fast by the standard of the day and a fantastic racing pedigree. Still a superb looking bike.
Suzuki RG500. Bonkers, unreliable, thirsty, slow by modern standards but quick in its time if you kept it in the powerband. Every spotty teenagers dream bike in the 80s
Custom Pegoretti. Don't care which one so long as it's a Ciavette paintjob with Campagnolo Record mechanical. Iconic, beautiful, unique and with a history and passion the likes of Trek et al can only dream of.
Custom Passoni titanium. As above, don't care which one. Exclusive, handmade by craftsmen, beautiful in their simplicity.
What would you have in yours and why?
Edit. I reserve the right to change my mind several times when I see what other people have in mind.

Alfa 33 Stradale (makes the e-type look like a bar of soap
Alfa 33 TT - beautiful track car and ticket to any historic racing event
Alfa Giulia GTA Corse - Lotus Cortina slaying Italian beauty and sooooo much fun on cross-plies
Mercedes AMG GTR - modern riot of power and refinement
Gotta love the ambition....
1. G-Wagon for everyday knocking around in and to do weekly food shop at Lidl
2. 68 or 69 Corvette Stingray convertible for the weekend. I first saw one of these in the mid 70s in North Cheam when there used to be a garage up near the traffic lights crossroads that specialised in US cars. Loved them ever since.
3. Aston Martin DB5 in silver of course, who wouldn't? Had the Dinky toy version. Quite like the idea of a real one.
Bikes:
1. Passoni Top Force titanium bike. As per the OP, these are just beautiful bikes.
2. Tomassini VLC3. Never seen one in the flesh, but they look mighty nice.
Speed Boat:
1. Riva Aquarama 99. Italian boat design at its most elegant.
Aeroplane:
1. Pilatus PC-12. The UK distributor is at Bournemouth airport and I often see them parked up outside the hangars. An awesome single turbo prop plane with good range and big enough to carry a few friends and family to the little chateau.
Don't do motorbikes.
Lambretta SX200 or Vespa GS160 - either would do, wouldn't have both as you can only ride one.
Tempted to say a classic Cooper S but I think I'd have a mildly tuned Mini 1275GT in some hideous 70s colour like purple or brown.
A big estate car that would take dogs in the back, I like the big old Volvos and Peugeots but maybe a more modern equivalent.
I'd get Mercian to build me a steel race bike painted in the most gaudy colours possible with Campag Record and a Rolls saddle.
A cyclocross race bike with single front ring.
If I got back into racing I'd get a modern Colnago carbon race bike and a Winter Trainer from Kinesis with Record and a mid range Campag groupset on respectively.

Have to say that Stradale is very, very nice!
I'll start with
RC30
Kr1S
TDR 250 as per my old one: stage 3 Farnham tune, billet 6 pot, TZR wheels, AM22/23 track compound tyres, Renthals, fully set up suspension. Best bike in the world ever.
R7 with R1 engine and full Online/Brembo etc as track day bike

Recognition at last Matthew, well done!, a justified honour
Cars:
LCC rocket would be my weekend / track car.
Volvo estate as the daily car that I can fill with censored . I still miss my V70 for that reason.
Motorbikes:
RC30
BMW R90S
Kwak Z1 (Had one once, not great to ride, but great to look at)
Honda NSR 400
RGV 250
Aprilia AF125 Sintesi Replica (My dream bike when I was 17!)
BMW HP2s
Id keep my BMW R1200s as well. Had it for 10 years and I am quite attached to it.
Bicycles:
? I know very little about them. As long as I have a nice MTB and a nice road bike, I'd be pretty happy! Probably Bianchi as I like the colour. Maybe a Raleigh Winner for nostalgias sake. Not a great bike, but I did thousands of miles on mine as a teenager. Id have to have a Mk2 Raleigh chopper in purple as well!
I'd love another KR1S but as they were so unreliable I'd have to have a spare. So lovely to ride but not as fun as a TDR.
If the right TDR came along I'd swap my RGV for it. Always regret selling my TDR - worst mistake ever.
