Is that a hill made of boxes? Does it get soggy when it rains?

Fantastic win for that bloke who hadn't won.

Utter chaos. Who was the bloke who got fined for giving GerTom some jip?

Criterium expectations thread OP wins his first stage at the Giro after studying power figures intently.

    Oh. Perhaps not

    What a mistake-a da make-a.

Thinking about it, it can't be him as non winning bloke didn't get shelled out of the back after 200 yards after the start.

I hate bunch sprints anyway. Was there an incident with a spectator somewhere along the line?

I only caught it with 9k's to go. What was the shenanigans with GerTom and Henao?

Methinks Quintana is going to have to attack again as Pinot can put in a good TT. Rest day tomorrow again. Italians eh?

Kelderman rode into a police MC that had stopped at the side of the road and took out half of Sky and Adam Yates, among others. Daft place to stop.

Another day of rest, this is a sport i could get into
Unfortunately, a "rest day" will probably consist of at least 40 miles at 20mph.
Rest day for them, equivalent of a café run, but not what I'd call restful.
The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.
I am not sure. You have no chance.

Do they still get a blood transfusion on these days? Better than a couple of double espressos I reckon

Just as well that I don't compete then.
I can keep taking whatever the hell I want. :P

I think Blakey, you are of the mindset and have a certain belligerence about you that you would anyway.

I have a very different attitude to life than I do to competing.

    Bubbling up nicely this one.

Dumoulin will be looking over his shoulders at all the climbers coming at him. Gerrunt doesn't seem a happy bunny.

    There's something about Gerrunt that I don't like, so I don't care.

Shouldn't have been set back with a silly motorbike incident though. It's quite wrong.
I am surprised or mis-informed as I thought Landa would have been team leader.

Landa should be team leader. Can't have Welsh folk leading teams in grand tours.
