How ironic is this?

Some of the comments from him on Steve Abrahams Strava are amazing.

    https://www.strava.com/activities/709113892

'This is obviously a great ride, great kudos. Riding 200 mi is more willpower than physical demand, thus the reason I said it's easy at this wattage. Riding 200mi is obviously something i'm not willing to do, probably because I couldn't - i'm a time trialist. Nonetheless, great ride'

'I'm not trolling. Ironically I don't have that much time to spare training for let alone riding 200mi daily. It's obviously great feet riding that. It still doesn't take away my comment about it being easy to ride 200mi. You'll realise that it's mostly old cyclists that do endurance rides as they typically have more time than me. ' '

' Dowsett is obviously a great guy - I live near him in Essex and i've trained with him before. What I said was obviously a joke '

'Shut up you spastic all of my rides on strava are just casual rides. My FTP is 310W, much higher than anyone here - so shut up now '

The kid who's biggest ride is 52 miles thinks he's in a position to say that riding 200 miles is easy - what a tool.

Then there is Amanda Coker, averaging 229 ml per day, cycling every day, average speed 20.1 mph, and she's a Girl!

Cycling in a cyclic closed elevation-less smooth tarmac field away from the wind and traffic.

What has ".....she's a girl" got to do with any thing? are girls subnormal? are men somehow superior, more genetically gifted? have a greater intellect?

My 16yo daughter rode a french sportive over 68miles, 1500m of climbing @ at a 19/20 mph avg and a winter sporting 10m tt at 25mph, she did that because she trains hard not because she is a Girl.

to the OP change clubs and ride with folks who are training to race this coming season, instead of the more social group you r currently riding with.

I don't think Orraloon was implying that women are subnormal in any way. When it comes to physical prowess they are at a disadvantage but the example given was merely to demonstrate to the OP that he is in no way anything special.
Rose Xeon CDX 3100, Ultegra Di2 disc (nice weather)
Ribble Gran Fondo, Campagnolo Centaur (winter bike)
    Van Raam 'O' Pair
Land Rover (really nasty weather  )

Whoosh indeed. Just somewhat tongue in cheek pointing out that we are all different and have different capabilities. :D

He says he's a 'time triallist' in one of those Strava threads, so guessing that's not true either then...

I train to power. Cant do much hilly rides when i live in SE UK. I could easily adapt if i moved to somewhere mountainy

Is that 239 watts average over an hour trying your hardest? What is that per kilo?
No. I could do over 300W over an hour if im giving full gas but constantly being stopped by traffic lights kills my mental momentum. That'll be 4w kg^-1 and a bit.

Is that you have, or you could? I'm confident I'm going to do over 275 which is 4 w/kg, but until I've done it, I wouldn't claim it... Difficult to find the right conditions. Maybe on a turbo.

Fairly easy to see why the OP is a solo rider.
I don't think cycling is his only solo hobby.

I think he has achieved his goal. From now on I will not read any of his posts.

You could pop down to the local pub and try out your banter face to face (calling people c**ts, spastics, gay or telling them to shut their mouths etc.) and see how you get on. Maybe you could report back on here

I will never do 200 miles ever. Firstly, that'll,for me be around 10.5 hours and given I'm not sponsored it'll be too much hassle getting rehydrated etc and food. Max I'll do is 100 miles but I'm going for a 50 mile ride tomorrow.

Lol! Why would you need to be a sponsored rider to do 200miles?

When i was 16 I rode 140 miles solo. Its not that difficult to ride or get refreshment.

    Enjoy the 50 tomorrow.

Please go and ride 200 miles in 10.5 hours and show us it on strava. We'll all have to take back all our comments about you being a total bell end then.
