How ironic is this?

Ok btw I'm not part of a club as groups are for the weak and besides it's gay asf but something ironic I noticed is that most of the people in my local club are retired older people which is fine but the problem is that these people, riding endlessly, taking photos of their cakes and tea during their café stops (an English tradition as far as cycling goes), again which is fine, the actual problem is that despite the distance and time these people devote, they are still out of shape and overweight wtf?

And when I pass them doing 25mph, they get annoyed and agitated, ironically I don't spend as much time cycling as them and I definitely do not stop for those gay coffee stops?

It's also ironic that despite them cycling in a group, they still avg like 17 mph.

Irony is definitely a real theme.

I blame Brexit aswell. Clif bars are $.99 in USA, and £1.40 in Tesco. The flaws of the English economy.

25mph on a BICYCLE, though I might need a unicycle to make things fair, people look at me like I'm cheating or have a motor with such pace. Check my strava.

Like I said mate. I looked at your rides - and they are nothing special. If you want accolades, go pin a number on.

Crap trolling though, really not good enough.

Is it true you gain an aero advantage with upside down bottle cages?
  • b.1998, not everyone rides a bike to go as fast as possible, or to get super fit or to lose weight, and believe it or not not everyone uses Strava. I ride a bike cos I just enjoy cycling

But on another thread you (the OP) posted a link to a strava ride of 26 miles in an hour and a half, somewhere pancake flat. Not quite pro just yet. I can average 17mph on rough Scottish roads in high winds with hills thrown in, after a 50 hour week at work, and I'm 43. You suck.

Besides, you are 18. Come back when you are 36, and let us know whether you want to spend Saturday mornings on a hammerfest, or something more social.

Maths not your strong point,38 miles in 2 hrs 8 mins is abit off 25mph.

Look at my strava overview. Ive been out for 10 weeks because of school and ive just gotten back so my pace is slower but it's increasing with every ride. I averaged 18.5mph on my recent ride. When fit, i average 20+ mph
