I missed it too but just typical Echelons I think. Belgium smashed itWe're in danger of confusing passion with incompetence

Miller discussing my "cav to sit in" tactic. Dream0

Serious breech of The Rules, pro road riders using Camelbacks. I hope bans are handed out!0
-
Under the jersey so I think it's accepted under a TUE0

Entirely as I predicted. They got to the top north point of the route, turned the corner and Belgians put the heat on.
Brits had done a lot of work so were near the front but were cooked very soon.0 -

See bbc link above - rewind to 177km to go“New York has the haircuts, London has the trousers, but Belfast has the reason!0 -

Did the Aussie sit up to allow the gap to open?“New York has the haircuts, London has the trousers, but Belfast has the reason!0 -
This location must be suiting all those chronic asthmatics and allergy sufferers in the peloton - doesn't seem much folliage and it's a nice dry air0

This is good for Cav, he won a stage in the Tour in a similar situation a few years ago.0

Don't think it was an aussie that sat up (german?) but he just sits up, lets that gap go and 10 secs later there's a 50m gapWe're in danger of confusing passion with incompetence

Having to contend with 5 Belgians and Sagan will be tricky0 -

Millar doing a great job on the mic0

Think Rochelle Gilmore said on Comms earlier that any back markers caught would be pulled by the commies.0 -

Plus a bunch of other quick guys. Can't see Cav winning unless the group is caught.0 -
Belgium obviously in a strong position here with numbers and two good finishers, Italians with decent numbers and haven't over-worked with Viviani. Cav the fastest out-and-out sprinter so as Millar said Blythe will play a key role for him and is obviously no slouch himself in a sprint. Sagan on his own but nothing new there. Aussies in a similar position to GB albeit less likely to win a sprint. Big losers are the Germans, Dutch and French.0
