    Gaps aren't very big.

Wind is a little too tail rather than side
  • riding into the back of a near-stationary Durbridge is going to hurt.

    Big unit

I stepped away to go and pump my tyres up so I can go riding later and it all kicks off.

    Where are GB, pls?

Cav & Blythe in the front. Rest blown out.
  • Nasty injury for Gaviria too. Joel will be devastated.
Durbridge seems to just pull up with a mechanical.

He might write clickbaity columns but David Millar's commentary right now is outstanding.

Gaveria hit the shoulder of durbridge who was sat up went into back of him seem to hit his own stem. Why didn't durbridge go onto the sand patch in middle?

    Colombian breakaway bloke blown off?

  • I can't understand how Gaviria got hurty? He seemed to be on the bike when he pulled over.

Ouch that's a bad crash, from the Colombia rider in the breakaway seemed his front wheel lifted up and went off the back of the bike

Did the Colombians front wheel get blown into the air?

God that looks a bleak place to be cycling.

I don't think the gaps are big enough - 35 secs can be pulled back easily with 150km even with all the Belgian team pulling at the front

Miller reckoned he hit Durbridge so hard it twisted him and smashed into his own stem - seemed to holding his groin / inner hip.

It'll be a dislocated shoulder. Holding handlebars and hit Durbridge backend right on top of the shoulder joint. How he kept it upright I have no idea

I think a lot of people just want to shout at Adam Blythe for a great many things.
