So excuse my ignorance but what are/were GBs tactics in riding at the front so much. I just don't get it.

In British bike racing there is only one tactic: control the race. It's an excellent tactic which works well for the first 100km or so of a race.

Cummings is a great rider 'n'all but are people equating stage wins with one-day wins?

What the heck was that bang ~30 secs ago?

Sitting comfortably Mr Chasey? (From the earlier thread).
    Yeah.

If I see GB doing work on the front of the peloton at any point during this race I'll lose my sh!t.

Is that Cummings still on the front? I don't even care if GB win, it's just a foolish waste of talent.

Welcome to racing without race radios! :)

    It adds a different level...

It's got nothing to do with race radios. There will be someone in Team GB that thinks this is excellent tactics.

And his name is Rod Ellingworth. Who picked li'l Pete over Cummings in the first place

I like the new commentary approach of having Brotherton and Boardman but also Ant McCrossnan in the background. Gives you options...

Your first sentence needs expanding on!

Kwiatkowski last of the leaders. Has a few seconds on a group Damiano Caruso (Italy), Greg Van Avermaet (Belgium), Rein Taaramae (Estonia), Geraint Thomas (Great Britain), Sergio Henao (Colombia) and Pavel Kochetkov (Russia) who have 30s on the peloton.

Lots of dry powder. Cancellera still in the peloton, so not that pacy.

Bowl of spinach, feta and tomato ready to go in a pie. It is now in the dog who has recently reverted to his food stealing ways.

On the plus side it wasn't another chocolate cake.

    I hate international teams.
Italy are Asatana, and Yates is apparently Movistar.

    Shit, Richie down.

Just to make be clear "Below 22˚C, the paint reflects the warm, orange embers of fire, and as things heat up, a striking yellow emerges."
