Not impressive by Quintana. Followed wheels all day.

Starting to think I might actually stand a chance of winning something on my each way bet on Yates!

Possibly due to changing his training to be stronger in the 3rd week this time round.

I wonder if Quintana is hoping to win this à la Sastre - with one monster attack deep into week three.

Dumoulin won me £350 there! Awesome ride.

No point in digging too deep in that weather for Froomey & co to make a small gap, only going to make them ill.

Just get across the line and deal with the next two weeks. Good riding that today.

Alcalis isn't very steep. It's hard to make a significant move.

What a damp squid by Quintana. Pretty much everyone had a dig in that group except him, and to cap off the daft Movistar tactics, a domestique was caught by his group with 1km to go and went straight to the back of the group, offering bugger all. Rubbish team.

Contrary to popular belief Quintana is not a racer. The last two days have proved that. Contrary to popular belief Froome is a real racer.

He can race when the person he's attacking thinks the battle is neutralised... Oh.
