    Alternatively after yesterday's experience the autobus might just form early and forget about the time limit (based on numbers). Can't think anyone trying to (for example) shell Cavendish out the back would be too popular with their peers if there's any risk of collateral damage.

    Landa went out the back with Rolland, but most of the Sky domi's weren't that far back a couple of km from the top.
