    Morning Losers!

Training's going well, but we're starting our diplomas now, and it's made me realise just how long I've been out of the education system (on this side) when I read the first question, thought about it, and decided to play my PlayStation.

Today, more of the same, then over to Bury to have pizza with my dog-walking friend.

    Morning bumders

TKM- don't worry, it's normal to turn to the Playstation at times like that whether you're used to being in the education system or not.

Work meh. Counting down the days until I finish here, although my current thinking is that as I've never signed a contract despite pestering for one when I started, that I only really have to work a statutory notice period anyway rather than the 3 months they're trying to impose. My boss is on holiday at the moment but once he's back I'll be discussing this with him and hopefully re-evaluating when I actually finish.

Today will mostly involve getting rained on by the look of things.

    Morning Losers!

Well yesterday we started our Diplomas in class, and oh dear, I've got a lot to do. Probably shouldn't have gone for pizza at my dog-walking friends house, but ah well, twas good!

Today we have more boring things to listen to in the hall. Probably trying to sell me more life insurance. It's encouraging.

    Afternoon felchers,
What the bloody hell is going on with the weather? I went on holiday for a couple of weeks and I've come back to October. I must say I'm glad bg is in France, it's a ridiculous country. The main problem with it is that it's in the way when I'm trying to get to Italy, but there are other issues with it. The lack of decent food near the place we stopped is one, but really does any other country think it's a good idea to use a bolster rather than a pillow? This stupid cylindrical thing on the bed that you have to throw on the floor and then use a cushion so you don't get a crick in your neck. Bloody stupid things.
Did I mention it's raining here? It's cold as well.
Thankfully being Wednesday I will be in a pub before long. We will have to sit inside because the weather is sh!t. Even France had better weather than this.

    Afternoon/evening gits,

Had to come home early from work to dog sit as my two are off to watch some very soggy athletics. So just finishing off a bit of work then the cider and the remote control are all mine :) And yep, the weather is shyte and I'm looking forward to getting away..

    Evening non french residents,

We've had some rain here so spare a thought for us out here. Don't mind it a bit moist truth be told!

Been to see a bloke about getting a wood burner fitted to replace this thing in here!

In other news I'm watching womens rugby, there's some fair units on here. Also a cheap bottle of red is getting a thrashing.

    Morning Losers!

I'm getting a bit stressed over the Diploma writing stuff. I just feel like my answers to the question don't actually answer the question at all! I'll get my answers down and then re read it to see what I think.

Not a lot happening other than that.

    Morning whoppers,

Bit of english weather here, I'm sure it's on its way to you clowns. That's what I'm hoping.

As I'm sat having a cuppa i reckon the bottom feeder is revving up to throw some rubbish jobs at me so I'm off.

Traditional Thursday morning hangover is still in evidence. One of the few good things about coming back to this country is the beer. I saw a bit of blue sky this morning, it's gone now. Glad bg has got a bit of our weather, makes me feel marginally better. I'm still bitter and twisted of course.
Why does AB need to be tested for TB? Afternoon of bikes sounds a lot better than being in here. Might try to find my bikes in the garage tonight, need to unlock all the cheap bikes that are in the way first.

How many bikes have you got V? i'm down to my last 4 - boo hoo.

Very tired as I had to drive to Lewisham late last night to pick my two up after the athletics as it was tanking down. Escaping at 3pm today to work from home while they go to the athletics again...

I've only got 3, but I think we have 10 in the household plus 2 unicycles. I put my god bikes at the back of the garage then cheaper as you get nearer the door, the worst of them get locked up under the side of the house, That's only when we are going away, normally they are more accessible. I quite fancy riding the Cotic tomorrow but I'd have to move the Mini as well and can't be arsed. I need to buy another bike if I'm going to do the Eroica next year. Unfortunately I think circumstances may conspire against me in terms of getting over there to do it as there's a lot going on around that time. Should still buy the bike just in case though.

Ah, the make the Shiites bikes easiest to steal tactic. I have my kids (too small and now useless bike) free standing in the garage and mine attached to an array of locks that get chunkier the better the bike. Attached to some motorbike ground anchors.

Thank feck, first week back has been a long week and is getting worse as it goes on

    Thankfully it's pub Friday

    8) That's kind of what I did  I asked others to read their answer out, and formed an answer from there. Not stolen so much, just a good idea of what to think of :)

    Morning Losers!

I'm quite glad the week is nearly over, mainly because the diploma work was getting me down. I've done it now and submitted it (I think. The place you upload it too is weird) so have a free weekend.

I'm picking up my dog-walking friend, and dog, for the weekend, so that should be good.

I've got a cracking headache today though. Bad times.

    Morning packers of the fudge!

Hope you are all enjoying work or the thought of work this coming monday.

Dampish here again but it's warm so who cares, done some early shopping as we have our English guests departing and some French ones arriving tomorrow. So i shall be a domestic goddess tomorrow.

Tonight we are at a quiz night in the local village hall, that's how rock and roll our life is!

In other news and i must apologise for putting something bike related on here, i got my rear disc brake on the scandal fixed so i may have to do some pedalling.

Today is ok so far but has the potential to become utterly horrible. No bikes today either which doesn't help.

I found a bicycle in the garage last night and rode it in to work through floods and freezing fog. I am a hero. To reward myself for such heroics I'm going to the pub to drink beer shortly. The only question is do I go to the local with the Mrs or further afield with some mates?

    Saturday

    Morning bumders

Had to go out and calve a cow last night, farmer was woefully under equipped for it and as a result I had the cow reverse into me treading on my ankle and sending me to the ground. Miraculously my ankle doesn't seem to be too bad this morning although my arm is hurting to bend and very painful to the touch. I seem to remember it hurting a bit last night but this morning it's another level. Very annoyingly I think it may make riding bikes difficult, yay...

Anyway, more work this morning where I shall be avoiding doing anything remotely strenuous or painful as I'm rather pissed off and ouchy and don't see why I should hurt myself any more just to make more money for my bosses

    Morning bovine appreciators,

Booting the Brits out and receiving a French invasion today, this means this lucky crudder will be donning the marigolds and making like a domestic goddess to get the house spick and span. Just this week of guests then there'll be some normality returning.

    Boozes later

A lot of Welsh people make that claim about sheep. 'Yes your honour, I was taking a leak in a field and the sheep backed onto me...'

    Morning Helmets,

Taking one of the bikes down to the shop soon to get serviced while we're away. Then jobs then a bit of footy watching. Just got to wait until my lot surface before I start making lots of noise. Until then I think I'll sit and lubricate my bowels with coffee :)

Sunday is here, you know the one before you go back to work, or embark on a holiday that is only a brief respite from the daily drudge of work!

Anyhoo, how are all the hangovers?

Had a ride in the back of a microlight this afternoon, was surprised it got off the ground with a lump like me onboard! Tried to get some photos of the house but the wind buffeting put paid to any kind of focus!

Have dropped the hound off at his temporary home. All packed and now just got to clear the fridge of booze and food. e Hopefully it'll be a nice leisurely day tomorrow with a 4pm flight featuring limitless booze, food and air hostesses in tight skirts :)

I've had a fantastic weekend, though hearing that Bury had lost 4-1 to Wigan yesterday was a bummer.

Today I'm off to Rochdale. God help me.

    Morning dingleberries,
Good weekend with much beer and nonsense has been had, getting up this morning wasn't something I wanted to do. Thankfully not too busy in the office so I shall mostly be work shy today. Someone needs to make me another cup of tea.

Morning ch1cks with d1cks and our one man crime fighter!

French bank holiday tomorrow so most of the businesses here are having today as well, which isn't great as i need two new tyres stat. Think the tracking may be a little out as the inner edges are absolutely shredded.

This means any minor food shopping will need to be carried out by bike! Help!
