    Afternoon filth and muck lovers,
Usual busy Friday morning here saved by a lunchtime visit to the cafe to eat loads of fried pig based products. Lad has started work here for the summer so took him along. Bloody hell that boy can eat. Out this evening to a barbecue at a friend's gaff then spending the weekend getting ready for our holiday. Only 4 days next week then we're gone.

    Afternoon trench dwellers,
Busy day yesterday was polished off with a trip to a pub to watch a band, had too much beer and thoroughly enjoyed myself. For some reason my head hurts today so I'm being very lazy. Should get on with sorting stuff out for our holiday really.

    Hola Wasters,

Stropteen is away in Valencia on her school Spanish trip till next weekend so some peace reigns for now and I've got loads of bits n pieces done. Even Mrs. Stevo seems less stressed than usual. So Thai takeaway and some plonk to finish off pretty good weekend 8)

Back to Work Monday - Meh

    Morning Losers!

I CBA with today, I've had an amazing weekend visiting friends down in Kent. The driving there and back was horrendous, but it was all worth it.
Today, I tell the minions that I'm leaving a week on Friday, I'm tempted to film their reaction. Today at work I need to start looking for somewhere to live after the only viewing I'd organised got cancelled.
After work, I need to start sorting this house out properly as they're coming round on Thursday to take pictures :/

It was hilarious, I asked them to follow me into a room for a quick chat, they brought pens and paper, tried getting a table together for a meeting and I just dropped the news on them. They both went :o Oh! Wow! Did not expect that! Should have filmed it!

    Tuesday

    Morning Losers!

I had a lie in this morning as I'm off today. I'm meant to be viewing houses, however of all the companies that I rang, only one answered the phone, not had places available, not that they couldn't fit me in, no, they didn't even answer the phone. Farkem.
So instead, I'm busy tidying the house as pictures are being taken on Thursday. I'm trusting Maddie in the shed, I can't leave her under the stairs, that's too risky.

    Morning workers, shirkers and retiree.
Busy day yesterday, had a long lunch to discuss an upcoming work project with my cousin. Then he came to ours for dinner later for a bit more of a catch up. Also had to fix the brakes on the lad's car, as it was brakes I thought it best if I did it and he assisted as I didn't want him to screw it up.
Hopefully today will be a quieter day so I can start to get stuff sorted for my holiday. Need to go out and give an old boy I deal with a bit of help refitting the steering column to his car at some point. Quiet night in tonight, I need it.

Tee her. Tomorrow tell them they have to fight to the death for your job :D

Afternoon Gimps, or maybe evening. I'm on the way home to dog sit while wifey goes out on the Prosecco with her mates, followed by an Indian. I get full control of the remote, a take away and a chance to make a dent in my cider stash in the fridge :) There could be farting contest tonight...

Also getting some other stuff sorted for next weeks downhill trip. Yay!

    Wednesday

    Morning Losers!

Got a lot sorted yesterday, though no success in finding a new abode. This means I'm going to spend today searching for more places, and then try and book some appointments for tomorrow, as that's the last real chance I have. Scary stuff. I also need to book in a tetanus jab, as I think it needs updating.

Cinnamon Graham's (or whatever they're called now) are amazing by the way!

    Sounds painful :)

Been out for pasta and cider. Wednesday is the new Thursday apparently. May even pedal tomorrow to flush out the grog. Work went shockingly well given I was expecting to het a kicking from head office in our latest round of negotiations. So it would have been rude not to have a drink to celebrate :)

    Thursday

    Morning Losers!

I'm off work today, it's the last full day that I have a chance to find somewhere to live. Before that, I have roughly 2 hours to completely tidy the house before a bloke comes round to take pictures so they can put it back up on the market. Not sure I'm happy about my furniture and belongings being on the interweb.

Just remember to put all the animal porn away and you'll be fine.

    Hola bumders,

Lying in the sun in glorious sunshine in Sweden. It's the girlfriend's uncle's birthday today so they'll be plenty of wine and beer and food.

Either my Achilles or calf went pop this morning trying to play football, so tomorrow will be a trip to hospital. Bollocks.

Morning homeless and badly injured people,

Still up to my ears in cleaning and tidying shizzle, so much to do, i was even mowing at half ten last night! Need everything sorted for Saturday so pressure is on.

If i could keep off the booze long enough I'm sure I'd be more productive.

I'm just waiting for V68 to come on here and gloat about his impending holiday. I'll get him back next month though when I go away.

About to set off home, I've had enough and fancy a drink.

I put it all away, only for the bloke not to take any pictures, just wander round looking at what needed updating/fixing/replacing
What've you done to your leg!? Saw you leaving the hospital in a wheelchair. Stick to cycling, football is for observing only!

    Friday![/]
    Morning Losers!

I've been busier outside of work than in it! Tonight will be the first time I've been able to relax since last weekend, so I plan on doing sod all!

I managed to find a house yesterday! This brings me much relief as I was getting a bit stressed out by everything that's happening. So I'll be moving to Rawtenstall at some point as long as all the credit checks go well etc. It means I'll be about 5 minute drive from Lee Quarry, which is a bonus!

    Saturday

    Morning Losers!

Tis a rainy day here in da Hudd. That means indoor activities will be taking place. My dog-walking friend is coming over in a bit, so today will be a good day.

Clearly an email has been sent out at work about me as loads of people have been coming up to me and asking me questions. T-Minus 5 working days now!

    Hola fudge nudgers,

Chilling in the glorious Swedish sunshine today. Can't do much else as can't bloody walk. Back to reality tomorrow but at least there is a cupboard of whiskey awaiting my return.

Got treated to a 12year old Ukrainian 'cognac' last night. Tasting like fire. Not good at all. At least we didn't try the 8yr old Armenian.

Mmmm an eight year old Armenian, now that would be a story!

Had a couple of manic house cleaning days in readiness for six guests arriving today, this was not helped by finding a hornets nest in the eves of the house, cue me six meters up a ladder in a sandblasting helmet and heavy overalls, two cans of aerosol death and a heavily beating heart at seven this morning! Think they've gone!

You should have got Mrs. 13 to video it :)

It's a real fun day for me - a trip to the dentist, then a trip to the graveyard to help tend to the MIL's grave (I resisted the temptation to dance on it). And to cap it all off, Stropteen is coming home shortly from her school Spanish trip. I need cheering up...

    Monday

    Morning Losers!

It's my last week at work at the current job! I've been waiting for this moment for years, and now it's here, I have so much to do that I can't seem to enjoy it.

I've farked up my car insurance, basically I forgot to sort it and now it's auto renewed, so I need to get that sorted, and then I need to start sorting my stuff at work out and bringing home what's mine (and what's not technically mine  )

Right now though, I'm dashing off to Manchester for a uniform fitting. Should be fun!

Evening travellers of the Hershey highway,
Very relaxing day has been had after a fairly relaxing day yesterday. Lots of lounging in the garden, indoors or by the pool. Now going out for scoff.
Hope Stevo had a good time actually riding a bike, heal fast Ste (whisky helps) and glad you got a new gaff sorted officer Dibble. Slightly concerned about Bg's new guests, isn't TLW at France?

    Rum. Pills tomorrow, rum today.

    Evening plebs,

Working in a restaurant when you need crutches to move around is just silly. Day off tomorrow so plenty of pills and hopefully I'll be on the mend.

All this sitting around means I'm looking at bikes I definitely don't need........
