    Morning Losers!

I was meant to be having my BMI taken today, however I did a quick rough workout online to see what it was, and it registered me as not only overweight, but about one stone off being obese! Apparently I need to lose one and a half stone to be 'normal'!
You fat bastard, you fat bastard... :) I had one of those taken and apparently I need to lose a few pounds despite being quite lean (for my age). Pay no attention and have another kebab :P

Busy day, got loads of jobs n stuff done including a bit of exercise - quite pleased that my 15 year old can't out-run me! Shortly will getting some Thai take away and quaffing some ice cold cider 8)

Houndwalk and coffee done. More jobs and maybe more exercise later - got to get 'beach body ready' for the summer :P

    Morning all,
BMI? I'll be doing my bit for that today by having a barbecue then going to a pub for the afternoon with a good friend from school days and beyond. She now runs a beach hotel in Thailand and has gone full hippy. She's great fun and could always drink most men under the table. Should be a right laugh.

Haha I've always said the BMI is ridiculous. I've known for ages that I need to lose weight, and have been losing about half a stone slowly throughout the year, but seeing that I laughed and now consider the BMI even more ridiculous!

    Monday
    Morning Losers!

I've had a banana for breakfast, and some tea. I envisage a grumpy day happening. Luckily I'm by myself for most the day though as retard minion has booked the day off. It means I'm by myself for a while, but it's probably for the best.

After work, I'm going to go shopping and buy healthy stuff. It's so exciting :|

    Morning

Too tired this morning after a shoot sleep, the car was constantly beeping and telling me to take a break in the drive in.

Later is hopefully some quality time with the wife whilst the kids are at yuff club

    Afternoon Peeps,

Good (fast)ride in despite being tired despite some bloke with clip in pedals nearly taking me out when he almost toppled over after forgetting to unclip  It's the hound's second birthday today so I gave him a cardboard tube out of a roll of kitchen paper which he liked enough to eat half of before I left the house, so that's my good deed for the day. Let's see if he s**ts cardboard tonight :)

    Tuesday

    Morning Losers!

For some stupid reason I went to bed stupidly late last night, I'm knackered today. I got soaked riding home yesterday, and I doubt my gear is dry, and as it's raining this morning, I'm going to get wet again. I really need to buy better waterproofs!

Today, retard minion is back. I'm bringing a book and going to try to escape to a room when I can. After work, I'm heading over to Bury to my dog-walking friend, who really wants to go for a run with me...

    Morning all,
Slightly better kip so I'm nowhere near as tired as yesterday, but still a bit knackered. I decided today was a good day to drive in to work, have to drive tomorrow as collecting election stuff with the Mrs on the way home. Will have to ride in on Thursday as she will need the car, hopefully the weather will be a bit better then.
Running is bad TKM, I'd avoid it if I were you. Unless she's chasing you with an axe, then running would be wise. Actually if anyone is chasing you with any sort of deadly weapon running would then be sensible. But not to the point that you should practice it. Mind you, womenfolk do look good when running. Mmmmm....

    Good day joggers and stalkers,

Rum weather here in Francais so after some early morning weeding and a quick trip to the shops it's time to spruce up the inside of the house, if that doesn't sound like the best fun ever!

Has anyone told TLW he's a damned fool recently? I think he needs to be told. It should be done carefully so as to let him down gently and not to upset him, that rules out bg, Stevo and me. TKM, that leaves you.

I think I need to do more of this running malarkey, mainly due to the large numbers of women in lycra who do it :)

Got soaked on the way in today even with a brolly, it was fuki norrible as they say. Lucky I wasn't pedalling. Managed to delegate most of the hard work today and managed to buy a pair of work shoes on the way home as one of the old pairs is literally falling apart.

At least I wasn't caught up in the terrorist shyte on Saturday like one girl from our office. She's not hurt but badly shaken.

    Ok.

    TLW, You're a damned fool!

    Wednesday

    Morning Losers!

The run last night wasn't bad, turns out running in Bury isn't as hilly as Huddersfield, so I felt fine afterwards.

Damn it's windy! I nearly got blown off the bike coming home yesterday, and I think it'll be no different this morning. At least the sun's out, so that should be slightly nicer.
Leaving work early today as I have a doctors appointment to get myself stamped off as 'healthy' or as near to it as possible. I hope the diet's been worth it!

    Ok.

    TLW, You're a damned fool!

Harsh but fair - I will stop

So working from home, which means I've got time for a quick run

So TKM went for a run in Bury with his walking friend and nearly got blown off as a result. Sounds like a fair trade off. If that was the result every time I might consider a spot of running myself. TLW clearly doesn't learn, hardly surprising given that he's a bloke.
Not much going on around these parts at the moment, this is good. Second cup of tea has just been delivered, this is also good. Wednesday is pubday, does anyone need to be told that is good?

Not pub day but it is get home and drink cold cider day for me. So double win as it's 8.2% ABV and cheap :) But I deserve it after a busy day and a lunch hour lost to meetings. Unfortunately I have to get home first and my legs still ache from this mornings effort. Time MTFU and pedal soon...

    Thursday- Voting Day!

    Morning Losers!

I wish more runs were like that too!

I've currently got a doggy cuddled up next to me as him and his owner decided to come and stay the night. Typing with one hand whilst being licked on the other is quite difficult!

I need to get my vote in before I forget.

    TKM - whose licking what?

Rest day so no running, not that the wife understands as we are apparently decorating later

    Fnarr fnarr.

I did my electoral duty in the post last week so no need to trek down to the polling station to stop the lefties raping my bank account. Now at the dentist again, so expecting some other form of pain.

This afternoon is more working from home. Then chilling out a bit.

    Friday

Yeah. Long week but we still have to get through today

Later is probably the pub as I'm bored of being good
  • Morning

Ah, the pub. I remember that. Laters will involve trying to persuade the kids to sleep in the car while we drive to the in laws, then hope they don't wake up on the transfer to bed.

Bad day yesterday (even before 10pm) so had a naughty beer and chocolate mug cake. Surprisingly, life is better this morning.

    Evening Voters,

Got back early from work and just getting round to collecting out luxury take away pizzas. To be washed down with cold cider. Tomorrow is the long drive North with a mate to do some house clearing - hopefully we'll get there in time to see England thrash the Sweaties :)

Evening all, busier than a one armed juggler today. Managed a quick trip to the cafe at least. Skipped the pub on the way home as we were going to look at a car, unfortunately roads were shut so wound up riding over to Battersea and played in the traffic. Unfortunately a wasted trip as I wound up in a bidding war with another buyer and didn't want to play silly buggers so made an offer and left it at that. Still, had fun playing in the traffic.

    Saturday

firsr proper drink in a week was enjoyed last night - so a chilled 6 mile run with a few hills to keep the legs active

Then pack the car and off to Ludlow as we are camping there in the 30mph wind :) all because I've got a ride tomorrow

Does mean a decent lunch and wine :)
