    Morning Losers!

Yesterday was a rubbish day at work. I had a headache and just felt like I was running round everywhere, and when I stopped, retard minion would spout sh1t at me  However, when I was literally about to leave work, I received an email saying that the telephone interview I did a week or two ago, had been successful and I'm onto the next stage :D

    Today I have meetings.

I think I might do a spot of cider training tonight :)

Longish day but I'm on the train home now. Working from home tomorrow as the car needs it's MOT so I get a bit of a lie in and some peace from the minions. And out for beer n curry tomorrow night 8)

    Wednesday

    Morning Losers!

Cheers all :) I'm not getting my hopes up about it as I don't like getting too excited about these things before I'm more certain.

Meetings galore yesterday, though not too bad. For one of them I had hastily done a bit of research a couple of days before as I said I would (and left it to last minute) and after the meeting, someone came up to me and said "What you've done here, nobody else has done. You're literally leading this field right now and could easily write a paper on it" .... Whaaaaat? I wonder how many research papers started after someone realised "Sh1t. I f**ked up. Better get something written down!"

Today, I think I have my appraisal. Should be fun.

    Morning sausage lovers,

    What have I missed?

Long day at work then beers so that I'm fresh for a ride tomorrow..... If the cruddy coast to coast part 3 involves kebabs and booze then I'm going to win for sure. If it involves riding bikes I'm in trouble.

Good luck with the appraisal tkm, just tell them how great you are at your job despite everything they do to make your life difficult, pay rise for sure.

Big achievement of the day - car passed its MOT. So no more car related crap for a few months hopefully.

I also got some encouraging news on the job front that our HQ in the Kingdom of Far Far Away is looking to appoint a Global head of tax dodging and I am in the frame, despite being a filthy foreigner. This could get interesting - think of all the extra minions I could have

In the meantime, more work at home then out for beer 'n' curry.

    Evening wage slaves,

Been rodding drains today, you cannot imagine how much fun that is! Also got some cement for a base for some water butts which starts tomorrow, at least the weather is good, a balmy 23 today!

    'sup biatches

I rode a mountain bike earlier, which basically makes me a mountain biker again despite having legs as smooth as John Smiths (yuk). Unfortunately said mountain bike was my 456 Summer Season abomination, and when I say rode it, I pootled to town and back then decided I need to sell it, something I should probably have done years ago before 26" went out of fashion. Maybe I should hang onto it longer in the hope that they come back in?

Other than this I rode road bikes and pranced around in lycra, shoved my hand inside a few cows and drank lots of tea. I also tried to shut someone in a wheelie bin but they didn't fit.

Bloody hell who are these weirdos posting on here. I thought I was getting lax with my posts.
Evening all, been a bit manic this week With visiting punters and general dogma. Good luck with the appraisal and next round of interviews TKM. Just been to the pub for the traditional Wednesday night beer and bollox. The wife is in for a night of me snoring and farting more than usual.

    Thirdsday

    Morning

Usual complaints about not enough sleep, but early start as cycling to the old offices (40 miles each way) as the wife's car is in the garage

Means I will miss the meal out with her dad later :)

Fark there's some old faces back!

Appraisal went well. As it's a new line manager, I was a little worried, but he was cool with everything. Looking at changing my title from Senior Mule Kicker to Kickingmule Manager, which could result in more monies, but I'll not get my hopes up. This place doesn't pay you more if they don't want to.

Today, I just need to get through it.

Decided enough is enough today, getting injured too much at work and then get pressured into going out to do more work in a painful and at times unsafe condition. Think it's time for new career. Any suggestions?

Go be a vet for small fluffy animals rather than big ones that you have to stick your hand up their arrises.

    Evening Gimboids,

Woke up early due to drinking too much grog and eating too much Chinese grub. Pedalled to work, worked like a dog for10 hours then pedalled home. At least it was really good pedalling weather.

I'm fooking knackered now. TFIF tomorrow.

    Morning Losers!

TFI Friday! This has felt like quite a long week!

I've had some nice veggie teas this week, I think there's going to be some bacon-catching-up-to-do this weekend.

Once I've got through work, I'll race over to Bury to stay with my dog-walking friend for the weekend. I haven't looked at the weather, hopefully it's going to be nice! She did mention there would be steak at some point...

    Morning fudge packers,
Fryday seems to have been a long time coming this week. Wobbled in to work on the old Marin as I'm off to the pub straight from work. Still crazily busy at work, it probably will be until August if all goes well. They've got a few more temps in to help get stuff out, happily a couple of them are quite shapely. I think it's cake Friday today as well. So, cake, fry up and beer. Today is a good day.
    Onwards, to mediocrity...

    Monging freaks,

Yesterdays concreting turned into veg plot weeding which then turned into sausage and lard making! Today is black pudding manufacture, this is pleasing as the bacon will be ready for slicing in a few day and one of the biggest full,English breakfasts the world has ever seen will be getting shovelled down my fat face! All home grown bar the baked beans and mushrooms!

    Beers and loafing tonight.

Fair enough, I'd probably kick you if you tried to shove your arm up my aris. Have you tried asking them if there's a particular type of lube they prefer you to use?

I expect the sheep are more appreciative down your way.

Escaped early as I've had enough and left the minions to finish off. Its end of our financial year so we should find out next week if we've hit our targets. Fingers crossed. In the meantime, a sneaky pint on the way home is on the cards followed by a bit of dossing :)

Decent lie in to recharge the batteries.

Today will mainly be jobs and footy. At least no office work this weekend despite year end kicking off.

    Morning fools of April,

After the mega black pudding-athon yesterday today is more relaxed with a visit to the village hall for a meal and boozes with the locals, i shall get reasonably refreshed.

    Monging all,
Lazy day is being had, just a few odd jobs. Lad is still unconscious, hardly surprising as I had a missed call from him at 2:30. He'll be very glad I didn't hear it as I wouldn't have been impressed. Mobiles are useful for them to report their whereabouts, but I don't care at that time. Maybe I should run into his room shouting "FIRE!" as an April fools joke.

    Sunday

Knackered but was worried about sleeping in so therefore woke up at five and couldn't get back to sleep

Off in a minute to cycle over to a TT with a mate - should be painful

Then back to his for dinner with the family joining, as I'm driving it won't be as much fun

    Morning girls,

    Monday tomorrow!

Had food and drinks with the village oldies yesterday, they were a bit tight with the cognac but i made up for that in red wine! Got back and sat outside to watch the owls and bat displays!

Today is domestic work avoidance but i doubt I'll get away with it.
