    Morning winos,
A later start than usual as I had to take the female child to physio, this meant a slight lie in and a cup of tea delivered to me in my bed by the trouble. Now at work which is mildly dull but won't last long. Strange Italian beer later.

    Evening knicker sniffers,

Shock of work as it was my first day back for nearly 2 weeks. At least most people are still away so it want too bad. Even sneaked out for a quick pint within ogling distance of the office hotties before pedalling home. Knackered now!

    Afternoon all,
Traditional Thursday hangover is receding now. Lovely drop of ale in the pub, St Austell's Harvest Moon, nothing fancy just a really nice pint. Not much going on here, just bought a new bike for the Mrs as she says she's going to ride to work to try and get fitter. Naturally she wouldn't listen to my advice and insisted she wanted a sit up and beg Dutch bike type thing.

    Happy Friday dickheads!

No work for me today, instead I'm driving up to Skye over 24 hours supporting a bunch of roadies who are riding there.

    Chrome%20Legacy%20Window%2017082016%20152832-1_zpsbdcepjbp.jpg

That's over 400 miles with over 24000 feet of climbing. More details here: https://www.facebook.com/Reachforskye/

A bit about the riders and their charities here:

This should be live from about 9am if you'd like to track the riders progress:

    Morning all,
POETS day today as I have to go and pick the girl up, unfortunately in the car and it's glorious out. Had a pleasant ride last night even though it was on the road. I got to the park and when faced with the choice of road or off road path I went for the road as I thought there'd be too many dog walkers and kids on the path. That and I'm lazy and unfit. Beer later to start a long weekend on the sauce.

    FTFY :)

Nice warm pedal in today so I'm just finishing feeding my face to compensate. There's cold cider at home as an incentive to get home faster. tomorrow will be headed North so hope everyone is headed for the beach this weekend as that's in the opposite direction.

    Yo Dudes.

    Whats occuring?

I am enjoying my last few days before a short trip to Denmark for work.

When i get back i shall hopefully be back out and riding again after a long period of hospital visits and residency with my (nearly 1 year old!!) little boy. He was born early and then got home for a while before being diagnosed with a type of Leukemia. He is nearing the end of his treatment and started his final chemotherapy cycle yesterday and his outlook is excellent.

Cant wait for a bit of normality and am looking forward to a few things:

1- finding out what normal is

    b: bike riding

iii; trying out the helmet and goggles i bought about a million years ago in BPW!!

    Sheeps, you're alive !

Good to hear your lad is doing well. We're still headed to BPW once every few weeks so let us know when you're up for it (downhilling that is, no ditches or limes).

The Crud got a bit dead for a while so we applied a few electrodes and its still twitching. Gazlar came back for a bit then disappeared again. People still talk bollox and don't ride bikes so you haven't missed much :)

    saturday

Everyone has left today, so we've got the place to ourselves :)

Also means the kids haven't got other kids to play with, so looks like I'm doing the daily diving competition

Today is the pool followed by a meal out. 7 mile run already completed and still roasted

Loooooong day - wrong side of 5 hours to drive up North then had to deal with various parental related disasters. Now finally relaxing with a very large glass or three in front of the footy.

The mighty Boro game vs West Brom is on the box if you've got SKY. Will be feeding face shortly then watching the footy.

Later will be getting more quotes for clearing the parental back garden jungle then maybe a run along the beach.

    Afternoon fudge nudgers,

Back from a belter of a weekend traveling up to Skye spring some roadies. Mad bstards averaged 18mph for about 375 miles over 17,000 feet of climbing. Absolutely monumental effort.

    Screenshot_20160829-125222_zpsdnekfaol.png

We even managed to pick up a rather attractive female hitchhiker so obviously ditch, head backwards, undisclosed location somewhere between Skye and Edinburgh.

    tuesday

Chilled day planned, but I can't be sure what I agreed to last night due to plenty of ale!
