I've been sleeping terribly recently. I do not approve of this.
Today I have many things to do at work, though nothing for work. Hopefully it'll be a good day.

    Morning clunge plungers and walkers,
Lovely sunny day down here, so of course I had to drive in. Took the girl in to school for 9am and then came to work. I hate school run traffic, it's worse than normal rush hour traffic as they are all driving with brains disengaged. Got the EPO's old Diamondback in the back of the car as I might be selling it to a guy at work. It's 18 years old and not had a lot of use so it might as well go. Tea has just been delivered and I have ginger nuts.

    Morning,

Been struck down by some mystery Spanish bug, decided its from there as they are all over the office and seem allergic to personal hygiene. Full of grot this morning so I've got the fan on spreading the joy so to speak.
Spending today annoying LG again they promised my phone would be back by Friday so im firstly quizzing them which Friday they had in mind then gently reminding them to stop giving me fake tracking details.
Today will be long and painful.

    Yo

Been Baby sitting the nephew this morning before work, just thinking, how sexy are cbeebies ladies, annoyingly chirpy, eager to please, go at a million miles an hour, happy to look after kids if you got one knocked up and most importantly, crb checked..... you will be mine "I can cook with you" Katy!

Anyway, off to screwfix and then work, so if the good lord spares us and the creeks don't rise, I'll see you tomorrow

    Tuesday

    Morning Losers!

Well yesterday was a mixed bag of squirrels. I got an email telling me I've not been successful with the Leeds Train Driving Job, so that's out the window, and doesn't hold much hope for the Manchester one that I also applied for. However, I got an email when I got home last night, telling me that the decision for my new boss has been decided, and that the email I sent them telling them I didn't want one bloke but another, has been ACCEPTED! Wooo!

So today I'll be going round the office laughing at everyone for having to put up with their boss, and that I don't have to have him.

HHHmmmmm work meh already started, bright side its from home so no traveling

Tons to do today before a couple of days out, so hopefully munch through the work today. Later is an architect coming round to discuss knocking the house around - so that will be expensive, especially added onto the cost of the mole man & agreeing the central heating replacement yesterday :(

    Morning all,
Still half asleep in spite of pedalling to work, that normally wakes me up. Good news TKM, worth sending the email then. Why does the thought of Gazlar babysitting fill me with dread? It's not that he'd do anything to his own flesh and blood, just think what he could teach the kid.
Not much going on today I hope, got to go to a pub later to hand over all the paperwork connected to scout group finances then I'm free of it. Just need to hide any evidence of any incompetence on my part. Maybe I should just burn the lot.

    Moaning!

Pigs fed, brekky being had then it's climb into the mankini for a mad dash alongside Mark Cavendish for some tv notoriety and then it's bed.

Mrs 13 has some lurgy so i may need a ditch, it'll have to be a big one but don't tell her that!

Tractor to make said ditch BG?

Morning, bunged up today oh such joy, phone appeared randomly late last night just bunged through the letter box, which was odd but it works so least I can actually use it.
Plan for the day involves inhaling decongestants, wont take long they only come in packs of 12. Think I have a meeting at some point today so I'll wait for someone to tell me I missed it.

    Onward!

    Evening Gimps,

Now escaping from work for a pedal home. May even get a sun tan on the way back. Work was quiet but it won't stay that way for the rest.of the week.

    Wednesday

    Morning Losers!

Managed to get out on the road bike for about 30 mins yesterday. My legs are killing me! I figured that the one thing I learned about the CC2CC2 last year, was that I need to work on climbs, so I'm surrounded by hills in da Hudd, so am starting some 'climbing training'. Mixed with the Bodyweight Fitness I'm doing, I think I'll be dead by around August.

Today, work, exercise, die a little.

I reckon one of those hole borers they used on the channel might be a bit small!

    Morning tards,

Watched the tdf yesterday, they flashed past in seconds. Not the greatest spectator sport going!

Today is gardening, meeting village folk at their monthly social and checking on the abattoirs requirements for topping our pigs!

    Hola fudgenudgers,

Day 7 of unemployment. The biggest challenge thus far is how tight my clothes are starting to feel as I'm eating constantly (there's a couple of kilo of assorted cheeses in the fridge that I'm making a dent into.)

To rectify this I should probably look for a job. But the sun is shining so I'm going for a ride instead. The breadwinner is working so as long as I've got her dinner on the table when she gets home it keeps her happy.

    Tara a bit

Been working at home today. By 2pm had done LOADS, so Doberman in the boot, FIVE on the roof, off for an hour or so on the moor. What a blast, she really is getting the hang of it. It's awesome having a great big Dobe running alongside you. Back home now to start the BBQ.

Jacked in work a bit early and pedalled home, the next two days might not be quite as relaxed. Just watch the sheep worriers get spanked at football, that's life I suppose.

    Thursday

    Morning Losers!

Exercises are going well, so far they're not debilitating me for days afterwards! I wonder whether this is a sign that I'm slowly getting fitter. Only time will tell...

I was meant to collect a spring for my motorbikes centre stand yesterday, however the I rang the shop and they said "Yeah that parts been discontinued". Great. Can I have my money back then? They're from Rochdale though, so I can't expect too much.

Might go out for another ride tonight if I a) can be bothered, b) it's raining and c) can be bothered.

    Morning saddle sniffers,
Traditional mild hangover is in evidence as expected. Reasonably quiet start to the day thankfully. Not too much going on today so hopefully it will continue that way. Might go for a wander through the whorehouse and see what's going on, should probably avoid standing on the pallet scales.

    Afternoon,
Thursday already, this week seems to be meandering along at a fierce rate.
This morning involved a fruitless trip to the docs before getting to work, this afternoon I've had some lunch and a nap. Can't see me doing much else today either.

Still waiting for our useless accountants to finalise the numbers. So I'm jibbing off early, pedalling home and watching the footy with a cold bottle of cider :)

    Roll on the bloody weekend...

    FRIDAY!!!

    Morning Losers!

TFI Friday. Couldn't have come sooner to be honest. Today, I only have to work until about 12:30, then our department is going off for a final meal together before our boss retires, splitting the department up. Should be good.

After that, I'm off to Bury for the usual shenanigans.

meh - tired, but partly self inflicted by going to bed too late

Today is working from home to try and catch up after being out in the network for a couple of days, later improves the day as it's pub night with some friends
