Ps mrs13 is looking at a recipe that requires the use of a 'dutch oven' certainly an entertaining internet search!

I haven't gone to work today so I hope it's Saturday.
Get my flu jab today then taking a mate to look at a car. Going to a 50th birthday bash tonight, that's really old let's hope he can stay up long enough to enjoy it.
Talking of enjoyment, how did the Mrs like the Dutch oven bg?

I was sure I posted in here last night - looks like the neighbours party monitors were up to their usual rocket fuel strength last night, confirmed by how my head felt this morning when the hound woke us up early needing a dump.

Now doing my best to take it easy! May go running later to cleanse the system.

Didn't really see the funny side!

Wow that's a young persons party you're going to.

    Evening k1ddy f1ddlers,

Grafted today doing garden stuff while mrs13 chopped up pigs heads to make a pork cheek curry, it was lush and got washed down with a glarse of red. Not having too much boozes as i may be in the grip,of some manflu thing. Maybe a small cognac will help, maybe a large one.

    Morning bell whackers,

Again, the name of the day escapes me!

Not sure whether it's manflu, a cold or an allergy but feeling fine this morning, the amount of snot i produced yesterday had me worried.

Anyhoo, more gardening type stuff today, which will involve petrol driven destruction.

    Toodles.

I think it's Sunday as I haven't gone to work again. But it may be Thursday as I have a hangover. Lots of old fogeys at the party last night. I seem to be in the doghouse today, not sure why. Going to go and see the 'rents shortly as the old man isn't well. Nothing serious it seems but it's been dragging. BBQ at a mate's this afternoon so more beer to drink.

Were having a whip round for a zimmer. Unless you fancy proving us all wrong by coming along for a spot of downhilling :)

Good sleep and lie was needed as I was feeling a bit old myself yesterday. Mind you, I am off to Bike Park Wales in less than 2 weeks

    Morning bumders

Today will involve chopping up dogs and stuff, possibly stitching them back together too. Then being on call tonight, it sucks.

Also, it's Monday today if you weren't aware.

    Morning felchers,
I was pretty sure it was Monday because the bloody alarm clock went off this morning which I could have done without. Customers are being annoying, but they are prone to that sort of thing. New lights in the office are far too bright which is no good at all. I'm going to have to have my kip somewhere else.

    Afternoon cheese wands,

How is your weather? Anyone been blown off yet?

Lovely and sunny here, in fact a bit too sunny as I'm out chipping tree bits and it's in the full glare of the sun, maybe i should have left the trees up.

Nothing else to report here so move along.

    Evening Gits,

Sweaty ride in and a windy ride back but nothing a dose of MTFU couldn't sort :) In between I did some pointless presentations, dodged a bit of tax and perused minions CVs. This is the life...

Had my BUPA annual check up today and I'm officially a fat bastard. 76kg, no idea how that happened! Best go home and think it over with a pint and some fish n chips :)

Today involved looking like I was busy but actually accomplishing nothing. I'm an absolute pro at it, I'd definitely be good at working in the public sector.

    Morning ditch diggers,
There are some pictures I really don't need to see. Should I worry that Stevo is making me seem fat? Another shoot sleep last night for some reason, probably not drinking enough. I think it might be Wednesday so I should be able to resolve the situation. Still living vicariously through my kids. The boy has his last night in Fiji tonight, he got into a drinking contest with some Irish lads last night. Happy to report he showed them how it's done and broke them all. I'm such a proud parent, the wife wasn't as impressed for some reason. Another 6th form choices evening for the girl tonight. It's a little earlier so hopefully pub arrival won't be delayed too much.
    onwards and upwards...

There used to be a website called ratemypoo.com if you were that way inclined. Quite Cruddy in a way.

Evening Mongs, out for wine women and song. Well that's the aim anyway :)

@V68 - once you hit the big 5-0 you seem to turn into a fat magnet rather than a fanny magnet. Bet you're really looking forward to next year :P

I think I've hit the Steve McGarrett a little prematurely then. :?

    Afternoon shirt lifters,
Traditional Thursday hangover is fading, I'm struggling to keep my eyes open though. Should really do some work but suffering a huge case of CBA.

    Afternoon tw@s,

Well last nights dinner party went well, i got all mastercheffy and turfed out some decent grub while ensuring my guests were reasonably lubed! When mrs13 took a wee tumble fracturing her elbow so once i felt fit to drive this morning we've given the French health service a bit of a workout and now the poor dear has an arm length cast!
Guess that's me ironing sheets for our future guests.

Evening Gimps, busy day at work and a decent pedal means I've earned my.cold bottle or two of tramp fuel this evening :) Also went to some work sponsored alzheimers day event - was busy so felt like making an excuse but I reckoned it wouldn't have go down too well if I said I forgot or was confused about the dates.

    Hola yoofs,

Busy Bg here today, moving beds plus other exciting domestic blah!

Off to Angouleme later to watch some rugby, no idea who they are playing but there has to be booze involved and French rugby is usually chokka with fighting so I'm hoping for a lot of violence and possibly some decent rugby!

I'm on my second bottle of Westons Vintage :) Just as well as I could do with a good kip. The weekend awaits - its a full English frenzy with the lads tomorrow morning so better leave some room.

Morning travellers of the Hershey highway,
Bit early but I seem to be wide awake with my head buzzing. You really should try not to let it show when you beat the Mrs bg. That's the first rule. After the rule about making sure she doesn't kick seven bells of sh!t out of you at least.
I do believe it's Saturday. Not going to be the day I had planned. Trip to the hospital to see the old man is on the cards. Keeping sisters and mother calm will occupy most of the rest of it I should think. Hope the rest of you have a good day.

    Best wishes V68

    Morning twunts,

Anyone else have a wife/girlfriend that needs a learning? I'm available for hire!

Rugby in Angouleme last evening was surprisingly good, second division but good committed rugby. And a ton of eye candy in the crowd, only downer was €6 for a beer, might just take a hip flask next time!

Today I'm off for another trailer of horse muck, my vegetable plot will be awash with the stuff but should give us a good crop next year.
