Froome's Data

It's a shocking piece of innuendo, even the Clinic would cringe at the inference in that*
*Of course they wouldn't but I'm trying to stress a point0 -

They'd already know the contents of the bin before the end of the day. Froome's misses probably made sure the closer bin was full up on purpose0 -
On the other hand, I'm all up for more stories continuing the casual and baseless narrative that makes lazy links between Sky and US Postal. Can't get enough of 'em.
I'm also looking forward to tramps up and down the country blaming Sky for making them look in bins.
Best of all, though, would be the admission that (with clumsy urgency) Whittle did indeed look in the bag and discovered the remains of the clear-up operation following yet another blocking of the team bus khazi macerator by Stannard.0 -

Or he made it up. More likely.0 -
Either way it's a phenomenally lazy accusation.0

The man's an idiot
In a R5Live Special in Nov 2012 after the USADA decision, he proclaimed "I will never again believe a word a professional cyclist tells m"' (obviously he exempted his crush Holy Dave from that terrible fate)
He then spent 2013 & all of his contribution to Cycling Anthology 3 (?) on a jealous whine about Walsh getting the embedded gig that year ('why just him?')0 -

IMHO this^0 -
Hehe.
I see that Jeroen Swart has just started to put the twitter boot into that PE teacher again. 8)"Science is a tool for cheaters". An anonymous French PE teacher.0 -
One of the twitterati (the one that likes to time climbs) shared with Swart supposed evidence of Froome doing 6.25w/kg or the like, compared against a list of known dopers. But this didn't take into account where in the 3 weeks these times were taken, where the riders were on GC at the time, what the stage itself was like ie /\/\/\ or ____/. And was it even a climb at a crucial point in the race? These comparative times are as worthless as a politician's word.0

Re : Velon. They want to socialise the profit, but privatise the risk.

Swart is making Vayer strip down to vest and pants as we speak. Shouldn't have forgotten to bring his "argument".Warning No formatter is installed for the format0 -

Vayer really is a little toad. Clueless, venal and dense.Napoleon, don't be jealous that I've been chatting online with babes all day. Besides, we both know that I'm training to be a cage fighter.0

I think the Froome lab tests would have been much better served by those courtroom sketches like in the olden days on the news, rather than actual photos or footage.
They could have made Froome look much more swarthy and untrustworthy - maybe added a few needle track marks for the eagle-eyed.
We seem to be slipping into the ironic situation where the self-styled Warriors Of Truth - like Vayer and Kimmage, etc - are becoming as much the pariahs as the dopers they're seeking to expose.
First Walsh and now Swart… slowly but surely the inquisitive are being swayed by evidence and science. It's such a classic ploy.0 -

Yeah, but he's fishing for that elusive IainF retweet.
Sod Froome et al, that's the prize we all really want.
Of course, he won't get it by spelling Iain with one i.Warning No formatter is installed for the format0 -
I do wonder what the clinicians make of that - How can they square away wanting to agree with the post, without having to acknowledge Ferrari wrote it...
The Clinic has no problem with Ferrari, if he spouts stuff they can use
Remember, the Clinic's habitues aren't really anti-doping at all0 -
Ferrari needs to give his server a dose of Edgar, as I can't get in due to the number of Movistar riders currently on it.
asking for training advice0 -
Never mind, @TheRaceRadio has provided an excellent summary ... "Short version: Blah, blah, Madone, blah, blah, Greg LeMond, blah blah, Lance lost weight too".0

If it's all about weight as Ferrari said 16 years ago then why did LA weigh 7.5 Kg more than the dawg, and with only one testicle.
This doesn't really tell us anything new. Just weight, and again that Froome isn't a Ferrari client.0 -
Going back to the Armstrong thing. The journalists like Whittle and McGrath who seem to be his PR team nowadays are crying tears that his life ban was disproportionate. But was it? What has he actually missed? He was nearly 41 and retired by the time he was banned.
In three years all he has missed out on is being prevented from riding Hincapie's sportive. For a decade of systematic cheating his effective punishment from the sport was the same a guy who forget his helmet. Basso, Vino, Valverde, Millar etc actually sat out two years. Most of his US Postal chums missed actual races.
He could have gone to CAS and would most likely had his ban reduced. But he didn't. He preferred to use the victim card and keep the journalists running to the click of his fingers. Don't they see they are being used?Twitter: @RichN950 -
"BUT LANCE". Every time!
Chris Froome there using a bike to go up a mountain, eerily reminiscent of when Lance Armstrong used a bike to do the same. And then Froome has the audacity to be an Anglo. Isn't that a bit like Lance too? Well, isn't it?0 -
And Michelle Cound's surname began with a C. As did Sheryl Crow's.

Without wanting to go back into Lance, he doped, it was a period of time where everyone had to.
On a completely different note there are some lobotomies on Twatter tonight. I despair.0 -
Funny thing about the clinic is half the rabid on there were Lance cheerleaders who got burned.
If you gave them this multiple choice scenario of future events where one must happen:
A Lance's ban reduced and Froome remains untainted by proof of doping
B Lance's ban reduced and Froome to be found guilty of doping
C Lance's ban not reduced and Froome remains untainted by proof of doping
D Lance's ban not reduced and Froome to be found guilty of doping
I seriously reckon they'd opt for B if they could choose an outcome.
Going to the Clinic on a daily basis for a laugh actually began to poison my love for the sport. They are beyond reason.0 -

It's quite gratifying to go in once every 3 months or so to chuck some grenades.0 -
