    It seems to be the only way for most women's races to go. You get one rider who's actually prepared to attack and the others race negative. That's women's racing summed up.

    Sorry but this is simply not true. Anyone who bothers to watch women's cycling knows races are much more attacked than on the men's side. Races are ridden much more aggressively, in fact, given teams are not as strong and talent is much more equitably distributed.
