Hey! I used to have a C1 (essentially identical to the 108) as my first car... they're great fun!

Yes, but I think the wording is quite ambigiuous (as normal for the UCI...), possible that removing something wrapped around the cassette without using any tools doesn't fall under the rules? If they do get pulled up on it, it's only a fine anyway.0 -
