This is exactly the problem with a lot of the rules and why people are getting hot about the Porte incident. The commissaires can and do make decisions that are not black and white.
They've got themselves in a muddle with the Porte incident because people are going to be looking out for the slightest transgression now which rather dampens the spirit of racing IMO.0 -
During yesterday’s stage 11 to the Imola Motorsport track, Murilo Fischer (FDJ) chose to honour former F1 driver Ayrton Senna with a special helmet. Senna was killed in an accident during the opening laps of the Imola Grand Prix in 1994.
