4ks, 29 secs.
Not a problem for Porte. He can put 30 secs / km into Bardet, former 6th place finisher in the Tour de France.Contador is the Greatest0 -
3km, 25 secs.
Porte's boys burning the legs off the rest. Fresh as a daisy Porte starting to break a sweat. Lost 1kg since yesterday evening so watch out for the visible vasodilation.Contador is the Greatest0 -

Porte decides he doesn't need to go for a stinger. Strange given he is supposed to be so far ahead of everyone else.
1° Domenico Pozzovivo; 2° Landa; 3° Porte; 4° Bardet; 5° Cunego
Good work Meintjes.
Congratulations Pozzo.Contador is the Greatest0 -
How are the overall standings looking?0

Just watched Rai, or rather Siutsou .
Very calculated from Porte/Sky.
Did little but follow wheels.
In the end, it could have cost him a few seconds to Landa, but fortunately it didn't.
No real chase of Pozzovivo from anybody.
The only chase of note was Pirazzi.................on Zardini.
All in all, a bit like watching a flat stage pan out on a hill."Science is a tool for cheaters". An anonymous French PE teacher.0 -
Joe Dombrowski was 6 mins down yesterday but finished within a minute of the stage winner today. Hopefully these are the first signs of a return to good form for the young lad. Is he down to ride the Giro?

Hugh Carthy was 15th today, at +35". Good performance from him.0

Morning:
Bloedy hell though he really is skinny this year. It's like the theory my mum has that there is only so much matter in the world and thus if someone looses weight someone gains it is to be found in the relationship between Porte and JTL.Correlation is not causation.0 -

Excellent, congratulations Tiralongo. Now there is a popular win in the World of Pro Cycling (apart from maybe the Brits and Scandis). Porte just sweeping these GC's up like child's play.Contador is the Greatest0
