Is there any physical evidence or photos of these giants? Really long toombs or coffins dont count.
Why do you think scientists try to cover up evidence of god? The scientist who proved the existance of god would be some sort of hero and go down in history as the greatest scientific discovery ever. Thats IF there was a god.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350 -
When I was little I thought I must be god cause my mum was always saying, "god why did you do that" or "god you'll get me into trouble with the school".Now where's that "Get Out of Crash Free Card"0

It's the same reason that all the scientists in the world (apart from three) got together one day and made up Anthropogenic Global Warming. Scientists are not to be trusted, they just make stuff up.All the gear, no idea and loving the smell of jealousy in the morning.

They keep producing solid evidence for these things but you can prove anything with solid evidence.
Scientists don't say there isn't a god, they just can't prove there is one.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350 -

Evidence, schmevidence! Pah! I don't need no stinking evidence. On three occasions I answered people's questions before they asked them (true story). This 'proves' beyond doubt that I'm psychic. We need investigate no further. All the gear, no idea and loving the smell of jealousy in the morning.

Fück, stop with all these facts, you're doing my head in! A bloke in a pub told me he'd seen a unicorn. That's all I need to know.
Disgusting, you don't have to go that far. The truth is farmers are being paid to stop producing organic food, if they do they'll get sent to jail or fined or have their land taken away from them. They have to produce for the masses so, they do half a job which is where chemicals come in to use and we buy commercial or what we are told is fresh organic produce.0 -

I thought the other week the prophets were 14ft tall?
And as someone who boulders and rock climbs, living in a city where there are over 500 it is pretty easy to make dwellings in caves. Look into the history of Nottinghams slums and places like The Old Trip to Jerusalem.
Yep, you know nothing about history then and archaeology. You can't make a dwelling in a cave it's impossible, not with the current strength or height of the modern man. They had to be quadruple in size and strength to do it. And back then they were. The caves I'm talking about are built high up from the ground, there is no way of climbing those walls without a sophisticated means of technology like a helicopter or ropes. They were carved from hand tools by giants or humans who lived thousands and thousands of years ago.0 -

Look, YouTube isin't a reliable source anymore, neither is Google or the internet. People put up all sorts of things on there which seem real but they don't. However you need to distinguish things, fact from fiction. If you actually travel to the countries where there are religious gatherings and tombs of prophets, you will see the size of the graves. If you opened or were allowed access to open the tomb, you will witness the size of these giants. Prophet Ayub or Job was a giant and his grave is in Jerusalem in the tomb of the patriarchs. His body is preserved from decay. Science couldn't explain that just like they can't explain their beginning or their end. It's just an estimate or a guess e.g, big bang created the world, world is expanding and will pop like a baloon. Pathetic!
Look at yourself, intelligence created the world, the human body and the universe. Everything is perfect, the planets in celestial order, the function of the human body and the weather cycle and the growth of vegetation and plants and trees, the sun at the right temperature and not too close to the earth and not too far from the earth, if it was an inch closer we would burn, if an inch farther away we would freeze. The alleged meteor which destroyed the dinosaurs, how did it know dinosaurs lived on earth, did it have a mind of it's own? or was it hurtling towards earth by chance and collided in to our planet. What about the millions of other meters in space, why are they avoiding earth? All of this according to scientists came, by chance?
Something in the universe thinks for itself. Something that's giving us free will to make up our minds and decide wether to believe or not believe until an appointed time. I mentioned before, you can't just say I believe in a god, you need to learn about his existence first then ponder creation and then submit to him and then worship him and obey him and strive to perfect his law in your own life, this is how you know god.
Little knowledge of science produces athieists, more knowledge of it brings you closer to god.0 -

well, you can produce organic but not for supermarkets, nobody buys them because they're expensive, are only cultivated at a certain time in the year and not always available. I seriously don't know how Tescos produce a cabbage in December when it's minus2 degrees, do they use a lighter to spread warmth. Commercial food is dangerous. I'm suffering as a result of it, I eat more fresh home cooked food than commercial but when i have to eat it i suffer cos my body is not use to it.
They will arrest ya, it'slike govermnet can put a ban on anything. They say marijuana is illegal cos it gives people a high and what about alcahol, that makes you rape people or be raped when you're drunk. So why not ban alcahol and legalise marijuana. Theres not one reported death case of marijuana in england, but hundreds cos of alcahol.0 -

Now that would cause him to rape someone, because as Cody is the font of all knowledge, he knows anybody who drinks will either rape someone or get raped.0 -
Anyway, got rid of 2 iphones this week. All this extra cash I'm making on Gumtree and eBay will help cover the cost of my bike. I've made around half of what I paid for my bike in last 2 months. Didnt, get a chance to ride my bike, been doing lots of gardening today. Got someone coming from County Durham to buy some garden furniture so gave it a lick of presrvative, been doing that since 10am and came in at 4. Resting tomorrow, might ride tomorrow depending on weather.
Does anyone know what my bikes currently worth if I decided to sell it?0 -

You do talk some b0110cks. Im in rural Somerset, there is organic beef cattle grazing at the end of my garden. Organic corn in the field beyond that. Lots of my friends work in organic farming because it's far more profitable than non organic, partly because of the extra subsidies they get from the government.
No one can take land away from farmers unless they start using it to produce illegal drugs.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350 -

Surely celestial order only exists because that is the order the planets are in? If Jupiter wasn't there and Mars was out need Pluto how would that be any different in our minds and understanding of celestial order?

I think you should meet my girlfriend, she happens to have a degree in archaeology and practices it in her spare time whilst also being a manager at Tesco. She may be able to teach you a few things and correct your misgivings.
Oh and by the way I've seen some of these caves, Petra to be precise and they're not that hard to get to. Plus if Giants were needed to carve out the caves, how big we're Egyptians to build the pyramids?0 -

Supermarkets have a lot to answer for and have a big majority of the public by the balls in terms of how they live their lives. They need regulating in how they price food and how they treat their suppliers in relation to pricing. Discounting a product and then saying to the supplier they will only pay a fraction of the cost price while that promotion runs is criminal. The supermarket should be taking the hot, not the supplier but unfortunately the supplier has little choice as they otherwise lose future business.
We are now paying the price for convenience and mass produced foods where now we have to pay over the odds for anything fresh or of quality. I would like to know how we let things get the a point were I can buy a ready meal cheaper than a bag of spinach. Forget the economies of scale and the fact it's mass produced and just think how utterly ridiculous this sounds. At least Lidl, Aldi and Costco are going against the grain.Bird Aeris : Trek Remedy 9.9 29er : Trek Procaliber 9.8 SL0
