Wiggle have just stripped the brakes off the Plug and sent them back to Sram for exchange under warranty and they don't have an ETA for replacements.
Ah that explains why Wiggle stopped listing them. I had just about convinced myself to buy one last week and when I went to push the button they weren't there any more. I was both gutted and relieved at the same time as I wanted one but, even at the decent discount, couldn't really afford the expenditure.0 -

They only pulled them because they sold out. I expect to see the large I just cancelled make a fleeting return.Mud - Genesis Vapour CCX

I don't drive green cars now, and I'm not taking the risk with a bike.
It's stupid and, as every right minded person knows, correlation doesn't equal causation, but I'm not taking the risk.
Green also just looks sh*te. That's not stupid or ridiculous.0 -

Nicely played!!
I'm suprised canyon havent supplied more pics of that bike - just the single studio shot isn't enough in my opinion. It's one of those colours which could look really, really smart in the flesh but not as good in the studio - they literally may have lost a sale because of it.0 -

No one tempted by one of the new Equilibriums?
It's going to be quite pricey if you build it up with a decent groupset and hydro discs, but the Kinesis ATR Tripster looks pretty.
Hopefully I'll be in need if a do-it-all bike again soon, but I'll want a rack so I can put a child seat on the back, which is why I've been looking at the above.0 -

I've been looking at the 20 and may go down to Soho bikes on Thursday evening as Genesis are doing a chat through on the range. Just not sure when they'll be available. No good if they don't appear until after Xmas though!Kinesis Racelite 4s disc

1) Red light travels quicker than the violet end of the spectrum. Black does not reflect light, therefore it might be there but you couldn't tell.
2) The certain Trek you mention, would likely be travelling slower up hill but considerably faster downhill, and (probably) on par, on a flat and unrestricted road. It's rider has a habit of not accepting defeat and turning himself inside out to avoid failure, which in turn looks horrendous/funny (delete as appropriate). Besides, the Trek has red on it.What do you mean you think 64cm is a big frame?0 -

I'm 6 foot and went for a 56 - you should measure your inseam and put it into their size calculator to get the frame and crank length...though I knew it'd be a 56 frame anyway, the crank recommended was slightly shorter than my current one.
I also measured my shoulders and as expected, I needed the biggest width (44). They also said to measure your arm length but didnt ask for this at any point - so I just went for the same stem length as I currently have. Apparently they'll change this free of charge up to 4 or 6 weeks after you get it which is pretty good.
I got my confirmation today, assembly date is 11th november which is as expected. The configurator is mostly set up by the way but I also asked for a change of chainset (to 52/36) and tyres in the order comment field and they did this free of charge which is good.0 -
Thanks, Their communications have been first class have answered all my questions and nothing seems to much bother.Moda Prima 2013

Although yours might end up sooner as mine's waiting on the bespoke SKS mudguards.
I don't need bespoke guards, I'll take normal chromoplatics and a bike on time.0 -
