He should just weigh it in for scrap Might get a euro or two"Arran, you are like the Tony Benn of smut. You have never diluted your depravity and always stand by your beliefs. You have my respect sir and your wife my pity"

He needs something sleeker, more modern and more fanny magnetic:
"I spent most of my money on birds, booze and fast cars: the rest of it I just squandered." [George Best]0 -
As he almost lives on the Costa del Crime I reckon the soft top in the back ground would be more fitting"Arran, you are like the Tony Benn of smut. You have never diluted your depravity and always stand by your beliefs. You have my respect sir and your wife my pity"

Don't kick a man when he's down.0

I'm guessing the local scrap man was called to issue the last rites?0

You rotten lot, I was interested to know.0

Cheeky feckers
The bubble is fine, the insurance inspection has taken place, I've met with the paint spray people and their paint suppliers, paint has been matched to the original colour thanks to the BMW archive.
Stripping it down for a total respray and I'm taking the opportunity to restore hidden parts as I go along, all going well. It's bit more work than stripping down a bike
Photos to follow later, I'm off out on my bike, before it gets too hotmy isetta is a 300cc bike0 -
Here it was on the day of the accident...

I think T47b should go for an upgrade. Look, this has a sunroof and room for a mattress in the back. Perfect:

I assume that with a man of T47's age the mattress in the back would be for an afternoon nap"Arran, you are like the Tony Benn of smut. You have never diluted your depravity and always stand by your beliefs. You have my respect sir and your wife my pity"

Went out for a bike ride today and stopped off and bought some wing nuts, the excitement never ends, may have to have a lay downmy isetta is a 300cc bike0 -
It's going to be a slow burn if you're buying it nut by nut"Arran, you are like the Tony Benn of smut. You have never diluted your depravity and always stand by your beliefs. You have my respect sir and your wife my pity"

Don't worry, if you run out of nuts there are plenty on here.0

Sorry for the offensive wiring solution mr P
This is a temporary wiring solution until I can get a new internal plate for the light unit in September when the wiring will of course be returned to the original design.
Got carried away with restoring things today, RFG Theforez high flange hubs, made by Rousson et Chamoux...

Now they do look good. Is that the rear hub that had the DA cluster on it?
I remember seeing and ad for polishing campag chainsets. They charged £70 incl p+p. So I thought I would have a go.
Five and a half hours later... Fantastic but needed constant upkeep to stay so shiny. Anodising has it's merits.seanoconn - gruagach craic!0 -

I know the B'mer is slow but I didn't know it was pedal powered "Arran, you are like the Tony Benn of smut. You have never diluted your depravity and always stand by your beliefs. You have my respect sir and your wife my pity"

Look, he's even polished the spoke holes, so there is no need for that.seanoconn - gruagach craic!0 -

That B'mer of his was always very shiny so I wouldn't expect any less."Arran, you are like the Tony Benn of smut. You have never diluted your depravity and always stand by your beliefs. You have my respect sir and your wife my pity"

It's got a chain and the rear sprocket has 32 teeth, it's almost a bike!
Rear lights refitted, headlights removed, checked and refitted.
Day off tomorrow, then it's a door hinge replacement (bottom one I've already done the top one) I will of course post before and after photos, I know you can't waitmy isetta is a 300cc bike0 -
Does this mean that the bubble will come out of the paint shop and you won't have to worry about leaving it in the sun? Tell them you want 6 top coats and a lacquer coat. Shouldn't be any more than 120ml of paintseanoconn - gruagach craic!0

It's gonna be protected by clear coat and a garage
120ml? I'm only doing the outsidemy isetta is a 300cc bike0 -
