I am as convinced of his innocence as I was Hamilton's when he passed a lie detector test.

Kreuziger racing today in Strade Bianchi. I thought he was still suspended pending CAS outcome? Or free to ride until CAS outcome?0

CAS
Effectively RK lost against the UCI, so he's appealing to CAS. (so he can lose again)Fckin' Quintana … that creep can roll, man.0 -
June 10th the for the CAS hearing. Finally.
He will ride the Giro most probably.Contador is the Greatest0 -
Presumably CAS will then decide that he didn't actually ride the Giro.0

So what with this and the Astana situation, could make for an interesting Giro. They'll be writing the results out in pencil.0 -

I'm sure a few of the italian wild cards will chip in as well.0 -

Will his ban start from date of CAS ruling or be retrospective back to some other point? And yes, I am assuming CAS doesn't go his way.0 -
If CAS goes his way we may as well all give up.0

I don't think we'll find out what the evidence is that changed the position.
But we need to look at it as a positive thing - If you can change you mind based on evidence, that's a sign of strength rather than persisting with being wrong.Fckin' Quintana … that creep can roll, man.0 -

Very interesting, not often that WADA or the UCi drop doping cases. Excellent news for Contadors chances in the Tour.0 -

It could be. Or it may not be.
That still doesn't affect the relevance or accuracy of the phrase 'chocolate teapot'0 -

You don't believe there is any way of dealing with this so it's fairly pointless discussing it, right?Fckin' Quintana … that creep can roll, man.0 -
As you can imagine I am very happy and hope he brings his proper A-game to the Tour.
That being said, they really need to explain this new information. Never heard of this sort of thing happening before and I am terribly interested in what sort of evidence can prove guilt.
Maybe it is a big fat cheque from Oleg

Correct. The sooner we get nighttime testing the better. At which point the riders will find a way to stop it getting dark.0 -
Kreuzinger not suing UCI/WADA. Is that because a law court has stricter criteria for 'proof'? I'd want some recompense for slurs against my name, unless they were true!--
