Look at that RACE FACE. Leave it on the road if you mean it.

24.4kph average for climb – that's close to Armstrong's Alpe d'Huez win in 2001. Would be fascinating to see what Aru can do there.

But a good ride if you ignore Aru!

Rolland looks shattered, maybe went out too hard. Still a good time, but the overall 3rd has gone.

So have they abandoned the time differences to increase the drama?!

Quintana 4s up on Aru apparently? Bouncing around, up to 6s then 8s in no time

So that's what, 1:36 for Quintana on Uran?

At least that sort of gap means the Stelvio descent is not critical.

    Good stuff.

Bodes well for Aru that he's outclimbing some classy climbers in the 3rd week of a tough Giro.

Time gaps in the top 10 are going to be hefty tomorrow. Already 14 minutes from 1st to 10th.

Can't see Uran living with Aru on the Zoncolan.
    40 seconds is no distance.

What a stage, wish Aru hadn't been held up at the start.

    Great stage. great race.

Quintana is boss. future tour winner for sure.
