Hansen does look funny with his narrow bars.

Just to put this into perspective: they're not even half way through this climb yet. There's going to be big time gaps I reckon.

The time gaps in the Giro are useless. Brambilla doing a very good job for OPQS.

Come on, GC guys. Time to go.

    Or Deignan.

Brambilla finally swings off. Deignan has a go but this pace is difficult to ride away from.

Arredondo, seems like a lot of effort for little reward

An error in Sky's software has sent Deignan on an attack. Need to fix that bug.

    Arregonedo.

Evans looking like he's struggling. But he always does.

Rogers looking good on the front, looks like 2012 Sky.

Stop riding on the front now, Arredondo! Get your breath back.

Deignan's bare chest is a pleasing shade of blue. True Celt.

Is Deignan climbing on the drops in memory of Pantani? I've found the smoking gun.

Not sure I fully understand the tactic of having him on front unless it is to slow things down or Uran is feeling better than yesterday.

Deignan looks doomed, attacking flair being dragged back by Tinkoff diesel robot.

Uran likes a constant pace, rather than the stoppy starty stuff. He's untypical of Colombian climbers.

No point slowing things down. People just ping off the front and it's impossible to control. If Uran can't keep up with 12k to go then he's got big problems.
