    Looks like the handle, when squeezed, would make that array of little needles push through the plate below them into something that's held on the cradle beneath. So is it what they use to do the skin test (little circle of pin pricks) to determine if you need the main BCG vaccination?

    Not powered by a cigar lighter, your on the right track with heat but the thing in the picture doesn't get hot it's self.

    And sheep genitals can breath a sigh of relief, It's got nothing to do with them.
