Rui's got a challenger for worst advert. Tour of the Petro-Family-Dictatorship, sorry Azerbaijan is getting annoying and I've only seen it three times.

3mins is a handy gap for that group... and as Kelly said, they havent really put the hammer down yet.

And yes, Kirby is a disaster. The gap was 5mins at 56km... and he was saying they will be caught by 40km... really?

Agree. Although Rui Costa is double heading in the Merida and the awful 'filmed-on-someone's-phone' Salice ad.

Jose de Cauwer predicting the Voeckler attack about 30 seconds before it happens.

Highlight of the race so far...

Group has a few people who will ride, and there are a lot of teams represented.

Also a useful jumping off point.

    A good 'anticipation'.

Amstel gold is always like this.

After cobbled races people assume all other one dayers kick off from 40km onwards!

It's made worse by the fact I'm drinking Amstel rather than Belgian beer...

Respect for Van Avermaet; one of the few (13 riders) to have done San Remo, Vlaanderen, Roubaix and the Gold Race, very active in most of them, and again at the front.
