Yes - it was pointed out to me yesterday. Really useful as I loaded the Tourmalet VR ride onto my Tacx VR trainer last night and tried it at the power/HR I'm planning to do Alpe D'HuZes (AD6 as it's known) and my results (for the one ascent I did) are very similar to this guy's (not knowing how windy it was).notsoblue wrote:Wow, I've only just realised how the title of this post isn't a typo.
Yes - Zes being 6 in Dutch
Starting to build up the training now - planning on doing something reasonably hard on the bike every other day and will experiment with some simulations of the day on the Tacx - including the heat, drinking and feeding. I'm bringing the Volagi over to NL this weekend so my turbo riding will be on the right bike.ROAD < Scott Foil HMX Di2, Volagi Liscio Di2, Jamis Renegade Elite Di2, Cube Reaction Race > ROUGH0
