My OH just asked "Why is Bonnie Tyler just wearing a jacket?"
Me: "That was what they wore in the 80's"
OH: "What did you wear in the 80's?"

    Gazumped...

I said "Clothes". How can I remember what I wore in the 80's?!

I reckon the answer for both of us in 1983 was mainly 'school uniform'.

Remember those ridiculous padded shoulder jackets and rolled up sleeves? That screamer Whitney Houston looked like an American Football player (up top).

    I remember that scene.

I was simply referring to the fact that she never sung a note in her whole career. The most over rated 'artist' of the 80's.

Overrated artist? Blimey, there is scope for discussion there.

Tonight: Bowie - The Last Five Years/ The Man Who Fell TO Earth/Walkabout on BBC2. Fans of Bowie and Nic Roeg should be happy. Man Who Fell to Earth hasn't been on TV for years

I quite like Montalbano. He gets about a bit and there's always some curvy eye candy.
