    No in my world you just have your bike, and if it’s the bike you enjoy riding in that situation it’s the perfect bike... be it a DH bike on an XC trail if it has the characteristics you enjoy riding then it’s perfect.

    DH with a little bit of of XC
    XC with a little bit of DH
    AM with a little bit of DH and XC
    XC with a little bit of AM and DH
    DH with a little bit of XC and AM

    ...and you dare to call yourself a mountain biker!

    Offroad with a bit of road
    Road with a bit of offroad
    Full XC
    Full DH
    DH with a little bit of of XC
    XC with a little bit of DH
    AM with a little bit of DH and XC
    XC with a little bit of AM and DH
    DH with a little bit of XC and AM

    But I'm not overbiked or underbiked for any of them because I love the characteristics!

    See i have no issue with that at all, if you like riding it, win!

    i've seen people DHing and xc riding basically on jump bikes having a cracking time.

    When I ride my tricycle I'm over biked, when I'm on a unicycle I'm under biked, when I'm on a bike I'm confused and think I'm on the wrong bike, I hate that........
    MTB's, SC Blur LTc & Cotic Soul (26" definitely aint dead!).
