    Haha, isn't it just :)

    It's exceptionally well made. Joe is a very skilled machinist.

    We'll see how it holds up to rocks and logs, although I can't remember the last time I hung up on anything so I might have to do it on purpose.

    Kinda wish I'd got one of his ti narrow-wide chainrings now too!

    Cheers, it's a very nice bit of machining but not sure I'd pay that much! I might see if he does a single side as I wouldn't need both

    Don't think the price is too bad really, £45 delivered

    I just think that a chainring is £35 and I'm unlikely to be smashing them often enough to warrant buying a bashguard that costs more than that

    A decent bash guard from the likes of CRC will cost you around £35, so an extra tenner for a custom made titanium one shipped from the States isn't that bad :)

    I'm sure he'd sell a single one, or see if anyone will go 1/2s.

    The AbsoluteBlack bash is available now for about £35 (obviously alu and not Ti!);

    Finally put UST tyres on the UST rims... not bad since I built the bike in November 2013! :)

    Went for some Nobby Nics USTs... 2.4" up front and 2.1 out back. A bit of bitch to get on but nowhere near as difficult as the TL -Ready Hans Dampfs or Racing Ralphs. I just used a track pump and didn't use any sealant and they've been sitting at 40psi without loosing any pressure over the whole weekend, so a good seal then. Will hopefully get to test them out this week. No other changes to the bike since I last posted... was almost perfect as it was :)
