Mine are allowed anything except Manure and Leeds. Fortunately they didn't need persuading to follow the mighty Chelsea.

They also know that if they ever turn up with a Significant Other who is a Manure or Leeds fan that they will be disowned and all their possessions hit with a hammer, set fire to amd lobbed over the fence.

Some in my family are chelsea fans as is one of best men (has a season ticket). An ex if mine was a fan also. I've been to many grounds around the country and in Europe and Stamford Bridge (which I've probably been to 10 or more times) is the one place I've felt threatened and the one place I've seen really nasty behaviour to oppo fans, even against teams they've had no previous beef with (e.g. never played before).

I’ve told you before you senile git.

    You missed 'old'.

Even if Arsenal were in the conference i'd still support them.
    Unlike the average Manure/Chelski fan.

Apart from the Chelski's CL success, they are a poor 2nd to Arsenal's history.

    Top flight league wins: 13
    FA Cups: 14

    Chelsea: 6 and 8 respectively.

I'd say Man C are odds on. Chelsea have to scrap to keep their league position whereas City have it in the bag really.
    Pep has been there before.

Stevo better hope that Chelsea win or he'll never hear the end of it.

Gotta be in it to win it. What European competition are Arsenal in at the moment? ;)

And don't worry, I haven't forgotten that you once won the European cup winners cup

Not a bad evening of football :)

That’s weird. Stevo is posting on a football thread for the first time in 4 years, I wonder why 🤔
I've not yet worked out which bunch of trophy dodgers you support Seano? Please don't tell me you're an Arsenal fan :)
I was there in 1988 for the greatest triump in football history.

As my club is no longer in existence
I think you'll find the greatest triumph in football history was the year before, in '87.

At least there's a ground and a club at plough lane again.

That was a more entertaining cup final. Waddle, Allen, Ogrizovic, Regis. Bennett was a good player too.

The only question I have is did Stevo spill Horlicks on his slippers when Chelski won last night?

Despite covid, a world wide pandemic and the uncertainty that brings the only thing more predictable than a City win in the final is Stevo posting something after a Chelski win.

We used be members and went to several games a season and I never got that feeling. Nor did my wife and kid who went as well. Not convinced it was any worse than any other PL club.

Some of it was quite considerate, like the time they sang to the QPR fans (to make clear they didn't hate them at all): 'we don't hate you, cos you're ****ing shyte' Which was true, as QPR got relegated at the end of the season.

The ex was a member too. I remember in particular a CL game against Lazio where there was a lot of aggro and for some reason the Lazio fans were in a lower tier with Chelsea fans above them and the Lazio fans were pelted with missiles and bags of urine.

Nightmare commuting through London Bridge when there was a West Ham Vs Millwall game on that day.

There was a guy who used to go to one of my locals growing joy, he was a known convicted football hooligan who was employed at the weekend as a steward at Upton Park.

Needed Chelski to lose so I didn't feel too bad if LFC got Champs. Leicester have earned that spot I feel (I know the table doesn't lie after 38 games).

Still would be funny if they lose out and LFC get the spot. Give me some games to attend next season

We have to beat Villa on Sunday and we're in...unless we win it this year in which case we get it regardless.

Otherwise don't really care whether Leicester or Liverpool get the other spot.
