Intangible assets have increased from £230m to £369m, the club said. However, the total debt owed to Abramovich by the parent company increased by £75m last year and now stands at a total of £1.25bn".

Hope he doesn't call... his own debt in?!
He's the owner so how likely do you think that is? :) More likely to sell to Jim Ratcliffe (who's worth twice as much) if he really wants out.

RA is worth £9.2bn apparently, that's quite a large percentage of his worth.

    Like a European Cup? :)

Meanwhile, looks like we could rake in £150m for Hazard.

It looks like Super Frank is Chelsea bound, if I was generous I’d say the potential appointment is being made with the heart rather than the head as it’s a step change from previous managerial appointments.

But RA has never been sentimental in running the club so is it a outcome that he can’t get a residency visa in the UK and now Switzerland?

Frank will appease the fan base, the transfer ban is outside the clubs control so is it a hunker down and aim to finish above Wolves this season while a sale is negotiated?

Thought Ratcliffe a la Ineos was a prospective purchaser? Or was that just gossip?

Ratcliffe is interested and has said so. Takes two to tango though and looks like Roman isn't selling quite yet.

Or Ratcliffe doesn’t like the asking price. I can’t see Chelsea achieving more next season as their squad is going backwards in terms of capability.

The smart money would leave the acquisition a season or two as the value is only going to diminish.

You never know Rafa might end up there instead.

Who is 'we' again? Is it a small unfashionable club like Chelsea?

There's someone here near me who is asking how come on average US international players are prettier than Inglish players. Just asking for a friend. #notmetoo

The BBC had the best quote I’ve read “ and Wolves fans haven’t seen football this good in decades”

    Indeed we haven’t.

Would you like the duster? It’ll be the only activity the Chelski trophy cabinet will be seeing for the foreseeable future.

So who do think will get the boot first? Ole , Super Frank when he gets his dream job or the fat Spanish waiter’s replacement at Newcastle?

Might have misinterpreted, the phrase included 'fitter' as in 'well fit'. Alternative understandings, but both valid.

To be fair, it's a bit of a low bar for the West Midlands trophy dodgers :)

Surely that is expecially true when they're no good and nobody else gives a sh1t about them, but you love them anyway

Ole is the bookies favourite for being the first manager to be sacked this season.

Mind you we have wait and see who Ashley can entice to Newcastle.
