First time Wenger has beaten a Mourinho team in the PL.

Do you reckon you'll be playing in the CL next season?

Mourinho is putting all his eggs in one Europa basket. I can understand that and with the teams remaining, they have to be favourites. So he fields the reserve squad and lets Rooney out of his cage for a run around.

Hey - don't knock Manure - 25 games unbeaten rose them one place in the league with a point advantage over the team below that I think offhand has a game in hand.

    Now thats footballering genius.

I read somewhere that Moaninho's starting 11 cost £226 million to assemble. Some reserve side

I am still here you know...

Maybe something in it that Boro went down the day before my old man went 6 feet under. Just as well he wasn't around to see it - a bit like Spurs fans.

So I'm guessing by the rozzers permanently buzzing overhead and the booed up chants about c*nts and rape that Chelsea have won the league?

Sounds like you're somewhere near White Hart Lane judging by that sort of behaviour.

Didn't you notice that there was a 42,000 seater football stadium on the doorstep when you were looking for somewhere to live? It's been there since 1877. You sound like one of those people who moves under an established airport flight path and whinges about the noise. Easy solution - move.

And if you're not interested in football, this isn't the thread for you. Enjoy the rest of the evening

Thank you, thank you - another title for us.

Rick: just close the curtains and pop the ear plugs in: the sounds of different social classes are obviously affecting your pseudo intelligentsia ears. Don't worry though, your flat is going up in value every day, so all is cool.

Well done Chelsea for not choking. Unlike some.

And in other good news for Rick they're going to demolish Stamford Bridge in a couple of years - to replace it with a 60,000 seater stadium. That's an extra 18,000 of the lumpen proletariat to sing songs to him every other Saturday :)

I'd wish they'd get on with it sooner. 2 years of bliss.

Anyway, it's not so much the football fans per se, I've been to a lot of football as a kid, but Chelsea fans inability to not be total c*nts when celebrating.

Last time they won the champions league they smashed up what was quite a nice pub quite a few roads down from the stadium and their insurer didn't cover them because they didn't have a bouncer. It went under obviously.

It's specifically a Chelsea thing, see.

Even Sheffield United were better behaved.

Anyway, enjoy celebrating, just don't smash up a pub in the process.

(And I'll be ok, gated property innit ;) )

A few bad apples and all that.

So you think they are worse than other fans but you still choose to live right next to Stamford Bridge? That's a double dose of stupid if you ask me.

Maybe it's time you joined the winning team (football is a bit like politics  ). Or else you could go live next to The Emirates or White Hart Lane as they don't have much to celebrate North of the river.

Roll on the FA Cup :)

Chelsea have played the better football this year. I still don't like Costa - I think he's a thug. A very talented thug but a thug nonetheless. Would I have him at Arsenal? No, absolutely not.
Spurs went very close and you have to hand it to Pochettino given his budget and the excellent football they have played. Manager of the year as far as I am concerned.
    Chelsea spend: £123m, Spurs £70m.

The real test will be next season playing all 4 competitions and as a yardstick on the level of football played by Athl. Madrid, RM, Bayern, Juventus and Barca. Considering that an injury hit Manyoo and a teenager striker totally unstitched Chelsea and Conte's Juventus has gone farther than under his stewardship. Conte was taught a tactical lesson at Old Truffle.
That was pivotal in terms of next season. I think Mourinho has 'the fire' back and momentum. That's worrying for other teams. Chelsea have enjoyed a season without the physical and mental pressures of European football.
It will be interesting to see if Manyoo get in by the back door. If they do, I expect yet another big spend.

As an Arsenal fan, i'm sorry but time's up Wenger. Don't know what the future holds for us. As long as the board keep the current wages structure, we'll constantly be looking over our shoulders at a Sanchez or a Wellbeck bid. I don't think we have a chance in the FA cup but then, as you have said yourself - it's not much of a cup is it Stevo?

Yeah. Hadn't realise how bad Chelsea were till I moved.

I'll stick to supporting the team my grandfather played for thanks very much.

Stick to that - neither we or Chelsea (as far as I know) ever asked you to support them.

Good job you did research before buying your flat. In you're in the search for a holiday property I understand that there are some nice semi detached s going cheap in Aleppo.

    Yeah yeah.

I just didn't expect fans, regardless of who they were, to regularly talk about raping my wife when she walks past them on the way home.

    That's fair enough, isn't it?

Did have some guys at the gate calling me a gay c*nt because I lived in a posh tw@t flat the other week.:lol:

Anyway, I'm flattered you think I can afford to buy here ;). Didn't know I gave off millionaire vibes.

I can give you a nice rundown of which fans are well behaved and which aren't, but I doubt you care.
