And so it appears the ship has finally sunk for Morinho.0

He knew the outcome after the defeat at Leicester and got his point across that he'd been betrayed by the players.
Mind you you still came across as an egotistical maniac.
its one thing losing a dressing room it's another dimension to lose your dignity as well which is exactly what has happened as the downward spiral continued“Give a man a fish and feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and feed him for a lifetime. Teach a man to cycle and he will realize fishing is stupid and boring”

Yep, it's a bit strange that The Special One, on whose genius it all depends, suddenly bears no responsibility for the downturn...
Really can't keep the schadenfreude at bay here.0 -

Really can't keep the schadenfreude at bay here. The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.

Wenger was quoted earlier today as saying " Chelsea and Mourinho were not involved in a relegation battle"

Mourinho has been relegated.
Chelsea are still battling. The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.

Ruddy hell, has Denis Law passed away too :?:0 -
They didn't even trust him to beat Sunderland, it shows how bad things had got.0

I would have thought that 3 points was the very least he would get.
What's he going to do now? Swansea? Dunfermline Athletic? Where does he go?seanoconn - gruagach craic!0 -

Please yess. Though I still think Moyes is the man for the job.
I think Pep is going to your way CB.seanoconn - gruagach craic!0 -

Interesting that Pep confirmed he wouldn't be renewing his contract at Bayern today as Well!
Guardiola is desperate to win the CL with someone other than Barca, Might yet do it this year with Bayern, but if you look at the clubs that have the budget to do this than Citee and Chelski must be top of the list.
Made me laugh today when I heard someone on Talk Sport suggest that Mourinho had been restricted at Chelsea as they are now trying to operate inside the premise of Financial Fair Play , even though it doesn't really exist anymore.
What has it cost Chelski to depart with the services of Jose? £10 million plus, Cant see him going anywhere but Manure.0 -

I'm gonna keep an open mind on Pep for now. I would love to see him at City, but I think, if one was so inclined, one could put forward a convincing case for him to go to any of City, Manure, Chelski and even Arsenal.
One things for sure, Pep will have his pick of clubs. I wouldn't mind being his agent right now 8)Statistically, 6 out of 7 dwarves are not happy.0 -
Would Pep put up with our transfer funds and wage structure? City's youth development and continued expansion coupled with the lure of a big budget will be the attraction.
City: 2-1
Manure: 5-1
Chelski: 10-1
Arsenal: 16-1.
What do the bookies say? We'd love him at Arsenal but that I think that is unrealistic. Please not Manure.seanoconn - gruagach craic!0 -

Last time I looked the bookies had him odds on at something like 8/13 favourite to go to City, but as a City fan I find it hard to shake off the "typical City" pessimism that has become so ingrained over the years
I'm with you on one thing though...please not Manure!Statistically, 6 out of 7 dwarves are not happy.0 -

No but he will probably mention how Wenger never beat Moo in a league fixture. With the chance that Arsenal would have been favourites to win the fixture at the Emirates looming (24th Jan), I think that is why he left.seanoconn - gruagach craic!0 -
