Or the Po Face brigade shuffle back to their cloisters...

For now a truffle shuffle will suffice,

Ho hum. Windy as [insert adjective, expletive]

The light is dwindling. Hard to tell how bright it would be without all the cloud and whether there is a short evening ride left in this end of summer season.
Meh. Bad weather + toots = mayhem tomorrow. Maybe I should just get them in waterproofs and head for the hills via Lidl on the way for some fresh pastries; picnic.

TV is so carp, we're watching more old episodes of AWP.

My back is sore - from lumping gravel around.

I have now got a spread sheet consisting of prices of 20mm celotax x VAT @ ? number of sheets, plasterboard @ something else, 40mm celotex @ y per sheet + vat x ?.

    'Kin 'ell, why can't I buy 1 x 20ft by 8ft, 1 x 12ft by 8ft etc etc?
Why do these w@nker websites post everything in VAT as if everybody is VAT registered. The 'excl vat' in small letters sure makes a difference.

    Moan, moan, whinge.

True. Doing 5 days work in 3 days was the icing on the cake.

    Heating almost finished
Bathrooms - one almost finished, one nowhere near finished, one not started
Insulation - school room/dinning room almost finished
    Log burner fitted next week
    Electrics - almost finished

    Basically we have gone backwards
