Well because I didn't go out I'm up with the larks and ready to go

I stayed in too, but due to the bottle of red I sat and drank, I'm still in bed with a cup of tea :D

I may need another bottle this morning, to prepare me for the financial onslaught that will be Mrs C. Dragging me round shops to start furnishing the nursery !!

That is the only sane choice - for both parties.

@ Matt "We must get this and we must get that and we must get the baby monitor and the sterliser..."

    Good luck.

Actually this is the only real thing that will make a huge difference:

BTW Not a breast pump you perv

@A77 - yeah get out the chop saw and chainsaw and just start the mower up and rev it. Get your Brixton briefcase and blast out Radio 1 as loud as you can.

I've done just that this afternoon - wife and daughter (who's just 'discovered' shopping) were both out destroying my hard earned wedge and it'd be too distressing to watch. I bought a couple of things on the way back, but only essentials you understand...

Nothing really to use the chainsaw on at the moment but I guess I could have just stood there like Chevy Chase 'National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation' stylee

  • Still not 100%, like a lot of folk at this time of year.

Been to a funeral this morning, had a couple of pints "early doors" and I'm back in avoiding children in need now.

I'll take my nu nu out to christen it tomorra, I can't wait any longer.
