Ha ha - as if that's going to affect fuel consumption/performance.

You'll need one when you go back to Cambridge
Good point. It's not called the axe murderer with headlights for nothing.

    Agree re Depeche Mode.

I'm a happy bunny as the axe murderer with headlights hasn't killed me yet.

The only downer on today (apart from waking up before 5am like a kid on Xmas day and now being knackered) was the realisation that the new mota doesn't actually have a CD player  :D So my AC/DC and Motorhead CDs have gone unplayed today. Suppose I'll have to join the 21st century and get a spotify account or something.

Have you got a gun sight or a silly little round badge?

Little round badge. Gunsights aren't aerodynamic.

The head up display is a decent alternative as I can pretend I'm a Messerschmidt pilot.

Crashed in a field in southern England with smoke streaming from the engine?

I think it's the day when they celebrate having a longer life expectancy, lower suicide rate, less chance of being homeless and more money spent on them by the NHS than men.

Tbf I think the reason men tend to die before their wives is because they want to.

Apparently, whilst women live longer, men have better quality of life.

"Would you like a Bag for Life, sir?"
    "It's OK, I'm already married".
