Real shame that the Kreuziger Contador break for it came to nothing other than tiring the legs behind. 2ns and 3rd on GC going from that distance is a rarity. Bad time to have a mechanical too when Movistar decide to go for broke - bit of a wasted effort as Quintana will have to fly to reach them before the summit.
