Cav v Contador sprint for the stage win0
-
I know we established earlier that the bump towards the end was only a molehill, but given how this has been raced could somebody like Kreuziger or even Sagan get away?0
-
Sky just look so ragtag compared to last year,
brilliant stage though!!!!0 -

30secs is better than 0.
And even 0 secs but them having tried is better for the fans enjoyment.Contador is the Greatest0 -

Well that's some consolation for him at lease.
I don't think Cav will be fussed at all. He's killed all his rivals.0 -
I love Saxo`s specs. Look like they have fire coming out their eyes.Contador is the Greatest0

30 seconds ahead!!! AT LEAST!0

Great opportunistic riding by Saxo... credit also to Cav and Sagan for getting in there too.
Is there long enough left to get a significant advantage?
Bet Froome is wishing he had Wiggo to help draw this sort of gap back!!
Movistar have blown it big time, Valverde is going to be so far back he's no longer going to be enough of a threat to be the 'one' in any 'one-two' in the Alps.0 -

nah everyone suffers..you want to keep the loss to way less than a min at worst
Yes, I can't see them losing more than a minute, but given Froome's lead it's not disastrous is it (at the moment!)?0 -
a min is not off the cards and well worth having"If I was a 38 year old man, I definitely wouldn't be riding a bright yellow bike with Hello Kitty disc wheels, put it that way. What we're witnessing here is the world's most high profile mid-life crisis" Afx237vi Mon Jul 20, 2009 2:43 pm0

Someone want to post a catch up of what's happened?“New York has the haircuts, London has the trousers, but Belfast has the reason!0

This could be over a minute for Contador at this rate!0

It was Rodgers last year.. but now he's doing it for Saxo - and doing a good job!0 -

Cav as the Coooler King
Bertie as the Forger
Sagan as the Scrounger0 -

Cav could at least pretend to contribute ...0

One thing about Contador and Riis is that they necer give up. They know how to race. They know how to think outside the box. Big shame Contador blew on Saturday and got monstered on Wednesday.
6.5 mins for Valverde!!!Contador is the Greatest0 -

quick step blew the race apart in the crosswinds
valverde punctured at the wrong moment and is toast
saxo burst off the front of the surviving group and is putting time into the jersey..cav sagan made the split"If I was a 38 year old man, I definitely wouldn't be riding a bright yellow bike with Hello Kitty disc wheels, put it that way. Seeing Cav in a breakaway is weird.
Had a feeling something like this would happen with Contador on a stage no-one expected.0 -
Who's that Cav's got with him? (team mate)0

This could be an awful lot of wasted effort.0
