In your conciousness meaning is a reflection in the form of sensory imagery and conceptualised ideas and either it is connotative or it is denotative but the sign system may disrupt the visual communication and prevent understanding bearing in mind that meaning is socially constructed as the culture evolves.

    Solution, move south :D

According to Aristotle, first philosophy, or metaphysics, deals with ontology and first principles, of which the principle (or law) of non-contradiction is the firmest and Aristotle says that without the principle of non-contradiction we could not know anything that we do know.

    So I agree with declan1, definitely :D

Shall we go back to tractor pictures?

...and either it is connotative : Suggestive or associtaed meaning ?

...or it is denotative: Thats affording them some sort of sophistication

...or but the sign system may disrupt the visual communication and prevent understanding bearing in mind that meaning is socially constructed as the culture evolves.: Evolved ?!!? This lot !?!?

Bollox. Utter bollox. Uncensored, complex, subjective bollox. Thats what they speak and on the completely opposite end of the spectrum - thats what you speak too. There's a dichotomy if ever there was one.

The only thing I agree with is the advice about moving south.

Just spent a great day on the Kubota. The rear gardens were well overgrown and hadnt been taken down at all this year as we renovate the back of the house.
After a day on this bad boy the rear of the house resembles land once again, woohoo :)
