    If someone can be arsed to look up the rules and find out whether it's a positive or negative obligation then we'd be able to find out. If it's a negative obligation not to file off the tabs then there's nothing wrong with making forks without tabs. If it's a positive obligation to have tabs then tough titties.

    My understanding was that it's just the newish rule that you can't modify equipment after it leaves the factory -- nothing specifically about the lawyer tabs.

    He's always been able to climb a bit. For a big lump to get to Paris he must have something about him. And short explosive climbs like this should suit him reasonably well...
