I thought Rodriguez was 2nd on GC, has he retired too? This should have been on Eurosport earlier!

I think Rodriguez was originally reported in 2nd GC, but that was before the realisation there was no bonus seconds on mountain top finish. I think - someone will correct me if wrong I am sure

What an awful thing to say. Some twisted people on this forum.

obviously too young to recognise the work of one Basil Fawlty esq.
you are right about twisted people though

Drinking game. Sip of beer every time Carlton Kirby says "playing the long game".

    That's the only rule.

This has all the signs of a J-Rod sprint finish with 4km left and the leaders all coming back together - sky's pace is hurting some though

Have the leaders just passed over Port De Canto?

I'm getting updates via google translate and I think something is getting lost in translation as a while ago they were (allegedly) at Sort which is ahead of where they should be according to the route profile.

Don't worry I thought it was odd for the live feed to be so late on - then heard Carlton repeating the car gears story & knew it was yesterdays stage

Roche doing great here. Has 1min on:
Betancur (AG2R), Ten Dam and Kruijswijk (White), Santaromita (BMC), Salerno (Cannondale), Astarloza (Euskaltel-Euskadi), Pichon (FDJ), and Martin Hesjedal (Garmin), Losada and Trofimov ( Katusha), José Herrada (Movistar Team), Verona (Omega Pharma-Quick Step), Kiserlovski (RadioShack), Arroyo (Caja Rural), Bagot (Cofidis)

    Peloton at 1.30 or so

Roche is looking strong, blowing but out of the saddle and climbing smooth

6 riders behind chasing to bridge the gap to him though so he won't be out alone for too long
