    The last hour was absolutely phenomenal - and that's pretty extraordinary for a race that can be quite bland. Flanders, P-R and L-B-L will have to do great to beat that race.

    So yes, it was that good. :--)

    Yes it was good but not for the right reasons I feel. The mixing it up due to the weather played into some riders hands and not others.

    The last hour was good but think that was due to the break during the transfer & in that case why not make the race shorter? Well because the phenomenal distance is what makes this race what it is & we have had close finishes before without the need for a bus transfer.

    Think it was just entertaining & different making it a real talking point.
    Pain hurts much less if its topped off with beating your mates to top of a climb.
