Cyclingfans saying that they've had a stream for the last 2 years so are hoping to have one for this year - keep an eye on it
also try Steephill0 -
Who's racing for the GC? I know Bertie is there who else?0
-
Such a good race compared with TDU
J-Rod and Nibali both there.0 -
Sneaky punt on Albasini for me.
Reckon he's either going to have an amazing season or an average one... or a really bad one.0 -
From Cycling Fans- I hope to post precise info regarding the broadcast start time; last year it was a situation where maybe they showed a given stage, maybe they didn't and if they did perhaps only for the finish. It was variable. So we'll see.
- Monday's Tour de San Luis Stage 1 departs San Luis at 1:36pm local (11:36am U.S. Eastern, 17:36 CET) and is expected at the finish at Villa Mercedes at around 5:30pm local (3:30pm U.S. Eastern, 21:30 CET). Tour de San Luis live video streaming is likely; we have had it the past two years, though not for all stages last year. If they do go to a live TV feed, we will send out messages on Twitter and Facebook to that effect. Note that live radio streaming should be available throughout the race.“New York has the haircuts, London has the trousers, but Belfast has the reason!0 -
Nibbles and J-Rod are talking up Tejay VG's chances
Going to be interesting. The ProTour teams are limited to 6 riders, but the domestic teams are allowed larger squads, even up to 10 riders.
Good little post from Ted King on his site:

Yep, looks like the stream will be HERE (amongst others).0 -
I'm sporting a Young Mr Grace class caber in anticipation of the first race status report posted in this thread. Hurry!...a rare 100% loyal Pro Race poster. A poster boy for the community.0

I'm surprised that nutter of a PM hasn't banned Cav from riding.0
-
well, Google Translate's one of the latest twitter updates from the race as 'Filippo Posatto with inconveniences, poked in Juana Koslay, Route 20'
so who knows what's happening over there0 -
Cav wins0

Just watching the feed now. Not sure about the camera work - made the Vuelta look slick and pro! Think Cav took it though...http://www.georgesfoundation.org

They were taking the "only tune in for the end of a sprint stage" thing seriously...0
-
the coverage was put together at a year 2 project0

Goooooooollll Cavendish. Bizarre Canal 13 'stream' consisted of one camera on finish line. Exactly like watching road-side. Then having to wait for commentator to call finish. Rumours of Sagan 2nd, Petacchi 3rd. Not convinced anyone knows what's what, though....a rare 100% loyal Pro Race poster. A poster boy for the community.0

The only camera was about 50m from the finish line. Cav went past it in first, Sagan was on his wheel.http://www.georgesfoundation.org

Arguably the worst TV coverage I have ever seen.
1. Cavendish
2. Modolo
3. Petacchi
4. Sagan
I think...0 -
Been checking twitter all night for the feed to go live, go to the toilet and when I get back its live and I see the last few stragglers crossing the line! Doesn't sound like I missed much though. Nice start to the season for Cav.0

It's actually an interesting angle you never see on TV. Completely useless for race coverage but it gives casual viewers a sense of how fast these guys sprint....a rare 100% loyal Pro Race poster. A poster boy for the community.0
