Talking of alleged weddings and Royalty, the clickbait below just had an article calling J-Lo the "princess of Bel Air"

Does this mean that she will soon marry into the Windsors as well?

MF garbled that he doesn't know much about dunnocks, sparrows, robins and whatever but what he does know is that you're a right tit.

His words, not mine, so don't start on me.

Final 4km rises steadily, maybe 75m or so, but my heart rate on arrival was just over 60. Now it's true that my meds do suppress heart rate a bit, but what actually chuffed me about this is that, although I couldn't properly call myself fit by any real standard, I have at least got to the the stage where cycling 40 miles a day doesn't really count as exercise.

Why thank you. But perhaps you don't appreciate just how slow I was going

That climb up and over to Braemar is brutal. Good luck Bompy.

I presume you are starting along the valley of Glenshee and heading North?
That means a headwind up methinks although the forecast is light wind.

Bomp’s Post above makes me happy. Also the replies to Bungles thread on when to ride tomorrow. The Bowie thing on BBC4 makes me happy but that’s not trivial.

yet two minutes later on the immature crudcatcher forum you moan about your hangover and getting moaned at by your wife. Just shows that the socially inept like to be paid attention - pavlovian really.

    ..and pathetic too.

It is possible to be happy and have a hangover fishy. I had fun with friends, if you weren’t such a tool you could find out what that’s like for yourself.
