As the Python team wrote the PFJ sketch for LoB, I wonder if any of them thought that one day...

He still wouldn't be able to have babies and furthermore would no longer be able to father babies.
Though, just like the PFJ, I support his right to have babies, even without a womb.

Don’t we have to pretend he does have a womb like a real woman.

NB: I suspect I should not have used the term “real woman” but could not think of a better way of expressing myself. I do apologise if I have invaded anybody’s woke space.
Now you are just deliberately playing the role of "old and out of touch with the young uns"!

FWIW if you find yourself in the situation where the "correct" term is needed, I beleive it's "cis".

Sitting in the sunshine watching the football drinking margaritas.

Edit:- That didn’t last long. Respect the players shielding the cameras.
The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.
I am not sure. You have no chance.

Realising that the government 'Report a covid test result' website will launch its own QR code scanner, so you don't have to use a magnifying glass to read the serial number and type it in twice.

Watching the launch of GB News just now. Wow! The complacent MSM had better watch out. I hope they do well. They're certainly different and unashamed of it. Good luck.

First impressions are it's a bit amateur, early days though.

Yes there were technical issues but that's to be expected with a brand new channel. What matters is the content and the opening monologue alone should have the usual suspects worried.

It will be interesting to see a different take on the news if nothing else. I've heard they will be trying to launch it via radio as well.

I would hardly laugh at Andrew Neil resume. What's wrong with a bit of balance and another objective view of the UK news?

Indeed what is wrong with that?

Why did they have to make it like GB news and bypass all of that.

Maybe I am too young but I don’t quite understand how Neil has got quite this reputation.

It is set up fully in the knowledge it is loss making, like the sun.

The financial backers are all of a particular political persuasion.

It is not there to do anything other than push a specific agenda.

But that’s not in the spirit of the thread and I did honestly enjoy reading the posts out to the Mrs.

On Neil, going off thread, his Wikipedia entry is fairly eye watering

    War in Afghanistan Edit
Neil was a vocal and enthusiastic proponent of British military involvement in Afghanistan, deriding those who opposed the war as "wimps with no will to fight", while labelling The Guardian as The Daily Terrorist and the New Statesman as the New Taliban for publishing dissenting opinions about the wisdom of British military involvement

    Climate change Edit
Neil rejects the scientific consensus on climate change and has frequently invited non-scientists and climate change deniers to debate climate change on his BBC programmes

    HIV/AIDS Edit
During Neil's time as editor, The Sunday Times backed a campaign to prove that HIV was not a cause of AIDS

Articles and editorials in The Sunday Times cast doubt on the scientific consensus, described HIV as a "politically correct virus"

He sounds like an utter c unt.

I'm also in no doubt both of you would have watched his shows over the years.
